All the different  colleges
All around the world
Around every corner
Around every turn
Go to the college of your choice
Learn anything you want
Anytime you want
Pulled an all nighter
To fix my sleep
Early morning came as a surprise
Because I couldn't go to sleep

Everyone is
Crazy
Dazy
Pazy
Funny
Sunny
Honey
Everyone is
Nice
But not always
Mean
Rude
But always
Silly
Ribs crack and flowers grow
Life, rising up from death
as easily as day from night

We are all wild flowers
who have no contract
with the word
and who pay no regard

but who whip and whirl
with the wind
staying rooted
yearning for more

Sometimes loosing petals
sometimes blowing away completely
We are our own collateral damage

lost to the universe, lost to the stars

Monster are bad
So terribly evil
They a cloud of darkness

Monsters are good
So sweet and nice
They bring choclate goods

No matter what they look like
No matter what they wear
They might look nice but mean
They might look evil but good
Pop open the bottle
Grab the green
And sleep in the tree house
No one even knows
That you exist
But your used to it
But, just that one boy
That looks out
That knows who you are
And wants the best
No matter what
Just for you
And when you doubt the feeling
You ask. And you get confirmed
With a simple,
Pleasurable yes

The night wafts by
Like the scent of food
And the stars hang in utter stillness;
Wishes suspended on dreams
Take a breathe and make a wish
Something you would surely miss
A little girl in a white frock
Dreaming and watching the clock

A winged horse high in flight
An angel in glorious light
A mermaid splashing by
Wings that could make her fly

Take a breathe and make a wish
Between your toes the mud goes squish
A teenager in a gray dress
To her lips a flower pressed

Friends to make it all right
The ability to have the gift of sight
Wishing that her books were real
Knowing people who would steal

Take a breathe and make a wish
Ignorance is truly bliss
A women in a darker gown
On her lips there is a frown

Money to pay off her debt
The world is just one big threat
A man who will treat her right
A kiss on a new years’ night

Take a step back and remember the way
Things were in previous days
So happy and bright
So full of light

Whatever happened to the wishes?
They disappear because we are suspicious
We don’t believe that they are real
The older we are, the less we feel.
And the more taxes we pay
