The Beast
Dominic Latino Jul 2014
This man I once knew is gone
The very idea is saddening I used to love this man
He was a gentleman
Until he was ruined and turned into this beast
This obimination of a being has ruined so many for sheer enjoyment
I don't know this this thing anymore
I try to forget, but he always comes back to haunt me every time I look into the mirror.

Sadboy part1
Dominic Latino Jul 2014
Everything you think you know and everything you'd like to know will never be I your grasp.
The sad truth you like being upset
You like not knowing what's next
Drinking beer by yourself listening to depressing music makes your night.

The girl that loves you will never know you, but the girl who shuns you will hear every drunken word you have to offer.

It's a sad truth

Memories
Dominic Latino Jul 2014
What is a memory?
A memory as we all know it is something from the past that will stay with you, but don't misread that
It is as it says it's the past and for good reason

Never allow what's happening today hold you back or allow it to control you because no matter which way you look at it
That will one day be nothing more thn a memory too...

It's okay
It will all be okay
And when they day come where what's bringing you down now becomes a memory
We'll share a laugh and a drink
Cheers.

It's a trap
Dominic Latino Jul 2014
It's a trap all of it the jobs, the cars, and forms of entertainment.
We are blind to good will and people are dumb enough to twerk on a grave for a social networking sight for views.
Now I'm not saying that I do not fall victim, but my intentions are far beyond this preschooler *******.
Now I ask you in good faith
Can you stop
Just for a day

The mask
Dominic Latino Jul 2014
I've been wearing a mask for so long
Hindering my ability to let people see me for who I really am
It's hard to breathe behind this mask
It's getting hot

Giants
Dominic Latino Jul 2014
I keep hearing the sound of large footsteps behind me
The longer I go the louder they get
What I saw next was something that will change my life forever
I saw it, this giant standing over me, my hands shook
As it stared down at me I noticed something
He was crying
This was no giant...this was my depression.
