I wouldn't have sweated myself wet
I wouldn't tell how softly eyes spoke
I wouldn't know my soul was cleansed
I wouldn't really tell lips had taste
If it weren't for you
I wouldn't know there was sacrifice in trust
I wouldn't even have one single clue
I wouldn't know love could feel so true
I wouldn't know the long "true" could last
If it weren't for you
I wouldn't know how to hold my breath
I wouldn't know excess "we" could suffocate
I wouldn't know like life love has death
I wouldn't do a thing to ameliorate
If it weren't for you
I wouldn't know how badly goodbye hurt
I wouldn't know even memories could thrill
I wouldn't know how empty single could feel
I wouldn't know there was "end" to every "start"
If it weren't for you
I wouldn't know that time could heal
I wouldn't  lose the strength to hold on
I wouldn't know that my pride was a pill
I wouldn't shuffle my feeble feet to move on
If it weren't for you
I wouldn't wake up from a love loss trance
I wouldn't imagine you and I in another dance
I wouldn't dare give you a second chance
If weren't for you
Notes (optional)
Your soul has changed
with years
riping as a pint
of a dark foamed ale

perhaps
you
love

yourself

More now then
ever did you
communicate
with girls

back then

Universal
Primal
Shame

Unwanted
Foolishness

I'm sorry I didn't saw
this
Coming
Handsome
Confident Male

Before

Mind
Control
Takes
fibers
over
our
fible
unsecure
emotions

Yesterday
Years
After
This
Club

Party

We
Are
Both
Old souls
Encountering
Young Nights

Opening our Hearts
With tongues
In our caves

Excalibur
Was your
Chest

As a Chess
Position
pressed
near
my
being
still enemies

Opening of
our
. . . . .
Occured
As
An
AsanA
Surprise

Entrance for me
a speck of
recognition

your
serene
poetic
dark locks
laser beam look

Then your
momentary
deliberate
act

to merge
tighter
with
my
body
rubbing
against my

cat bra

Exit for you
Imagined by
Impeccable Space
Poetic Love

I read a text
Meant for a friend,
One you didn't mean
To send.
Our culmination in technology
Has us now concluded.
A landline would've
Kept me dangling,
But pocket dials don't lie.

this is no fun anymore
this has gotten old
she is like running water
she is hot and cold

sometimes she is so warm
sometimes not so nice
she is a burning flame
she is fire and ice

Solaces
The day was brighter here. Underneath these oak trees. They shaded me from the sun above. I sat against the tree and remembered an old song I once wrote. I sang in my head the melody I once wrote and all of a sudden the melody forked into another sound. A new song within my old one. I took it to new heights. New lyrics were being sung to my ears by ghost of the Light and shadow. This is the edge of heaven. I know it now. I am afraid to leave. And I am afraid to stay.. strange creatures started to come out of the forest.. butterflies with wings of light started to flutter on by.. I saw my old dog prince. The night slowly made love to the day... The stars peaked at me through the trees.. the air was cool and crisp.. a naked angel walked through the woods. She could not see me.. she was by far the most beautiful being I had ever scene.. the moon light kissed her body and left me in trance..
So begins the second life...

And so here we are
Page after page
Hearts on fire
Exposing parts unseen
Beneath harden surfaces
Wounds unclean
Broken still we dream
On and on we pen
And so we breathe again
