Heike Borgard
every Fryday night on his way home he stopped by the church near the bus station
to say a prayer.
his short escape to find comfort in this fast moving time.

and as he sat there, as usual, hands folded,
wondering again if there will ever be an answer to his silent prayers
this time, to his suprise, there was a rapid response:

***** music started playing and a celestial voice said:

"Dear prayer – thank you for calling but
currently all our heavenly connections are busy –
you are now in a queu - please hold your belief!“

***** music playing.....

"Your prayer is important to us -
We are sorry to keep you waiting but all hosts of heaven are still assisting other prayers-
The next spiritual entity available will connect with you soon.-“
Please stay in devotion!!

***** music playing....

"You have exceeded the waiting limit for this queue. Please unfold your hands and try again later!"

As he stepped outside he had left the church in every possible respect.
He never prayed again.

See humans aren't like glass because we can be broken but still have life but at the same time you can be cracked but so hollow,
like your insides are frozen and broken all dried up and gone but no damage has actually been sustained to you, there's no reason that the glass cracked it just did.
That's what everyone thinks
Cause no one can see through the glass and the stuff inside the glass well that's your head and your heart and what hides in the bottom of the never ending bowl is what makes it crack, the depression turns the water black, anxiety makes it cold,
the paranoia makes it swirl into tsunamis and waves the hight of mountains,
the drugs poison the life that lived and that's just the beginning of the trauma, after that you've got the bullying and the anorexia,
then let's not even start on the problems that started the day you were born because who actually cares right now?
everyone only sees the mask I portray but its okay cause nobody can see through the glass mask I hide behind
So I'm okay

we've been shown the most recent
citation
it says we should where possible exercise
moderation
anything that isn't of
moderation
will be going against the message in the
citation

a citation of moderation
give everyone of us an explanation
it is so informing in its stipulation
and an adherence to its notification
shall save on any complication

who of us needs a complication
that is a thing of much exasperation

a wand of disappearances
operate in our very
midst
who is the conductor
of its vanishing
gist?

where once our fellow
poets did pleasantly
reside
now the wicked wand
has eradicated their
bide

numerous blank spaces
symbolize the conductor's
vice
employing a wand which
has emptied the
rice

black the hour
black the day
a black instrument
whisking them all too
suddenly away
a wand so dark
of intent
wanting to wane
our writers tent

the subtracting conductor
will be planning future
disappearances
so be mindful of its
wand's unsolicited
clearances
Up until three days ago, poet Rye Sing was actively contributing and commenting on the Hello Poetry site.  I find it most strange that he/she has just disappeared into thin air.
