The talk of the town
Is old school revolvers and revolution
Dusty trails and old wives tales
Dusk colored scene
Discolored clouds hover
The thunder brewing in parlors
After hour spirits
Pitched with the passion
Of melting steel
Strikes from the
Blistering heat
Forms the union of labor
Friction at it's finest
The time is a quarter til already
I saw the flash in the sky
And an Angel came to me
She told me I had to try
Not to live a life so empty

But I awoke and she was gone
I wondered if she had been there
In myself, I was feeling strong
I knew someone is somewhere

Then I saw the feather by my bed
From an Angel that was unique
I can still hear her voice in my head
For now, East of Paradise I seek

Your lips
Your eyes
Touching me
Seeing me
As only you can
Sweetest, softest touch
You against me
Desire for desire
Taking me away
From anything not you
Your lips
Your eyes
Whisper soft
Whisper me
On my neck
In my heart
Eyes closed
You are
My sweetest taboo...

My eyes are at rest
lashes twinkling
with unwashed diamonds
I can cry now
I have a bed of hope
for which my tears may lay
arms wider than life
for which my fears can play
Pain has no home here
I can float astray
the sweet scent of peace
lifting me away
You are my river
and I, your waves
Together we shall float away

she lived in the darkest recesses
of here and there
fragile and alone,
not quite new
but young enough
to have been pricked by
the stings of neglected pain
she was a discarded bloom
left unnoticed;
parched from the drought of love

so I rescued her;
this beautiful flower
tossed aside
with no way to blossom
into the rose she is today

I am in love with loving again
of foolishly running in the pouring rain
of a wanting, aching need
to watch the seed of our love grow
Oh how I need you to know
that with only you
can my every dream come true
can the stars in your skies
twinkle bright in my eyes
and the smiles from your lips
become my every sunrise
Only with you
can I fall in love with loving again
in your hands only
I can run in the pouring rain
With you, I can nurture this need
to make the seeds of our love
grow once again
She helped kiss away my tears

Comforted my pain with sympathy

She took away my fears

She is an angel to me

Over me, she looks down

I feel that she still does care

Watches me, no matter which town

I will always know she is there

She lives on in my heart

My wonderful, Scottish nan

Long ago to Heaven she did depart

She helped to shape this man

All the things she ever did

Was help open my eyes to see

I am always her little grand-kid

And she is always an angel to me

Where all clouds are lined silver
Glittered lakes in powder pink
Feed pastel unicorns with pearlesque horns

From the temple in which stands my soul
I stand silently
A bystander
Watching the universe unfold and expand
Withered moments become pleasure

As I realise that pleasure and pain are remarkably the same
Experiences are weaved and created by our own longing
I look at life differently these days
Now that I no longer fear the light within

Hold fast brothers, sisters
For we are all a spark of the divine
Dancing to our own unique  melody
Release your fears

Death and life are not so far apart
And there is not so much to fear
Than what you created within your mind
and then play out within the co-creation of your lives

Linger longer on all small things which make you smile
The wind as it touches your skin in a gentle embrace
The sun as its warm kisses on your cheek make your skin blush
The smile from a stranger is a priceless miracle and is offered at no expense
Expect nothing just know that as you give you will be taken care of

The walk of life is strange
But your pearl will shine brighter
If you show it the light

In every action,
grace.

In every word,
honesty.

In every thought,
purity.

In everything,
God in me.
My mantra.

children gaze
and light tenderly refracts to the image

children smile
and time relinquishes its dimension

children speak
and air becomes oxygen enriched

children laugh
and matter matters not

children paint
and elements fuse

children dance
and life flows
