Man's profit: Gold.
God's profit: The world.
Man's Prophet: Sage.
God's Prophet: Man.

In which world do you stand?

-Stand grounded like the mountains-
-Stretch in the morning like trees-
-Hold the sky with your eternal head-

If the sky were to rain gold, it wouldn't be enough to satisfy even one man~

~The Gods cry diamond rain.
Hi
Not everything I can make into a poem
like the sky just after rain
her embroidered smile its minutest hem
in her shade of cornea a grain of pain!

Not everything I can make into a poem
like wind eddies from wings of bird
her amorous veil that stokes my flame
in her lips’ quiver the unuttered word!

Not everything I can make into a poem
like the heron’s swoosh on the moon of marsh
her endless aroma without a name
in her eyes the million stars!

Not everything I can make into a poem
like when perches the bird on nest
her flushed cheeks in love game
in her kiss the sea salt’s taste!

The truth lies
not in her eyes,
for she learned
long ago
how to forge
desperate lies.

It's as she was
conditioned to do...
to tell lies
with her eyes,
and beguile
with her smile.

The truth lies
not in her eyes,
but if you must know
just where her
verity dwells...

it's in her voice...

the timber,
the rhythm,
the words,
the whispers
in the sound.

It's in her voice
that her truth
will be found.

Can you hear it?

betterdays
there is a mote
of dust,
in my eye

it comes from
the dust bunny's ***.

i caught him, copulating
under the couch,
with two odd socks,
while the lego man watched.

he, in guilty panic,
shook and shed,
his lint everywhere....

and
i caught this bit
with my eye
the rest i collected
with my nose...

I was on cloud 9 floating high
But in my excitement "I slipped" & fell
Clouds are funny that way up so high,
I hit cloud 8
Not as soft as nine, felt like feathers
The quills stabbed me, as I fell further this time
I hit cloud 7
With a thud, it was a mattress cloud
But no springs to soften the fall,
I hit cloud 6
I hit cloud 5
I was going faster,
Each cloud more painful than the last,
I hit cloud 4
It was soft, till I rested my head
A cactus pillow its spines sticking out of my head,
I screamed rolled off the cloud,
I fell once more,
Picking needles from my skull
Each more painful than the one before,
I hit Cloud 3
I fell right through, no pain that I could feel
But then the truth, white vinegar mist,
It cut in to the holes left from above
Stinging,
Burning,
Flesh,
Then I was clear, I knew what was coming next.
I was gaining speed as I fell
Cloud 2,
Was coming up fast,
Shining off the light of the sun
A hundred rainbows  burst free
Blues,
Yellows,
Greens,
But where was the reds??
This cant be that bad
"I thought to my self"
But as I hit powdered glass shredding my flesh,
Colours I saw as well as blood,
The glass,
A prism reflecting light,
Rainbows born so many colours
Then my blood soaked on glass
Out shone the blood red,
The rainbows now so beautiful
As the glass shredded my flesh,
"I opened my eye"
The other soaked in red,
The floor I could see coming up fast
I awoke, bruised and cut,
I lay on the floor,
What a fall from Cloud 9
So far I had fallen, from up high
To the cold unforgiving floor below.

Racing heartbeats isn't love
Fighting and cursing isn't love
Calm, cool and comfortable,
Ready for anything today.
That's love.

His Down's Syndrome makes
His age a tough guess, I'll
Say eight to ten.

Wide eyes on machines,
Ice cream dripping on the
Pavement outside the

Construction site.
I wanna work like this when
I grow up,
he says in

Young enthusiasm to a mother
Whose eyes well up with
Gratitude when I approach

And kneel down in front of
Him. So you want a job,
Buddy?
I ask him with a

Wink. He suddenly remembers
His ice cream and bites into
It shyly. Nods, glancing at the

Tools in my belt, the scratches
On my arms, the brick wall
I've been attacking with a

Wacker jackhammer. Nods
Again. Well, I'll see you in a
Few years,
I say with another

Wink, this time to his mother,
Who'd look her young age if
Her eyes weren't as tired,

But you can start with this
And get some practice.
I hand
Him my Stanley Fat Max

Hammer. His ice cream
Hits the ground as he
Recieves it with both hands,

Looking to his mother for
Confirmation that it's ok.
Oh, it is. She mouths a

Thank you SO much...
They walk away, his chatter
High pitched and fading

Around the corner. And I
Head over to the foreman to
Report that I lost my hammer.

Don't ever employ me.
I can work a good game, but
I'm too soft around little heroes.

I'm assuming
this is my punishment.
Walking around in clothing
you've touched me in
garments
you grabbed and unzipped
and twisted
and threw around your room
I wear them with weeping heartache
and disturbed remorse
I bare them like a mannequin
the clothes merely
mocking me
I can only wonder
if I stood before you again
with clothes littering your floor
if you'd find me a god
hold me as your muse

and if I would feel better because of it.
Doubtful my dear.
Doubtful.

If I could gift a mantra
to humanity
it would be

"I am worthy"
so much brokenness in this world

A tear fell from the heavens,
It travelled far
Through clouds,
Through air,
To the ground below.
Landing on a flower
On a petal it stayed,
Slowly falling down, tasting life as it fell,
Leaving its mark, nourishing life,
Like a tear falling, from this petal
A blade of grass
Captured it,
Held it,
It was a tear drop captured
Life not letting it fall,
Gently on the ground it fell,
From the heavens it travelled
left so gently, but life captured,
It was from the heavens
They caressed it to the ground,
Giver of life,
Tear from the heavens
You fell so far, touching more than you know.

Between a baby's first word
And a deathbed confession
There are plenty of times
For God to say,
“I told you so.”

Upon this golden happy day,
I noticed a little rose blooming along the way,
I stopped and gradually she smiled a smile so true;
And it wasn't until afterwards I realized that rose was you!
Happy Birthday, Sye!

I saw a little elephant standing in my garden,
I said 'You don't belong in here', he said 'I beg you pardon?',
I said 'This place is England, what are you doing here?',
He said 'Ah, then I must be lost' and then 'Oh dear, oh dear'.

'I should be back in Africa, on Saranghetti's Plain',
'Pray, where is the nearest station where I can catch a train?'.
He caught the bus to Finchley and then to Mincing lane,
And over the Embankment, where he got lost, again.

The police they put him in a cell, but it was far too small,
So they tied him to a lampost and he slept against the wall.
But as the policemen lay sleeping by the twinkling light of dawn,
The lampost and the wall were there, but the elephant was gone!

So if you see an elephant, in a Jumbo Jet,
You can be sure that Africa's the place he's trying to get!
