Be still for a moment
Listen for an hour
Calm yourself
Commune with your heart
Release your fear and doubt
Your anxiety and pain
Spend time seeking
Spend time waiting
Wait upon the Lord
Be still and know
That He is God
Receive His peace
The joy of his Spirit
And His love everlasting

I ache,
I scream,
But never shall you see nor hear.
Voices in my head crack and break,
But you will never hear me stutter when i speak.
Its a cures to be able to remember the past,
To remember the thoughts.
The details of those night alone.
The wall felling like they are closing in ready to crush what little strength i held close.
A life time i thought the voices would take, claming it as there own, never to let me or anyone else forget.
Almost I handed it to them on a platter made of fear and tears.
Almost did walk to the place where i would never be found again.
Almost...
That life time is still going strong.
Those voice tho still present, not as loud.
And the aches and the screams are still felt and heard,
But...
Washed away by the light, the little strength that was left.
Slowly... finding peace in life.

Lay still beneath the swaying leaves
The gentle green and awning eves
Late evening sun to slip away
From purple gold to silver grey
Stay with me here as twilight falls
And shadows grow along the walls
Ivy covered and of ancient stone
Long centuries has this garden grown
It will be here still when we awake
When sleep has left and dawn does break

Take my heart like a tea bag

And steep it in Apathy.

Drink up the dull emotions

Of the day.

The indifference to it all

Warming your belly.

And that's all that you'll feel for a while before returning to
the empty inside;

Just like your dry barren tea cup.
Apathy

Words.
I used to write them daily
My pen filled with ink
It found the darkness inspiring
My loveless life shown through prose

But now I'm apathetic of feeling
My once ink filled pen
No longer paints poems of pain
It doesn't sing the song of serenity
The ink has run dry
I'm all out of......

Sometimes love
Deceives its own lovers

Believe me,
It isn’t always
Ice cream and peaches

Sometimes
love is sadness
Chaos and confusion
Beauty and madness

But I hope
When the battle begins
When we engage
Into combat
With the winds of
Circumstances and failure

You won’t forget
How to fight for us
You won’t fold
Into the creases of silence
Cower in cowardice,
And
Get lost on purpose

Before love
Gives us love
We once shared.
