Watch my words
Wash away

I wish i
Could make you
Stop & listen
Like an electric
                 fence

And hold you
        there

But i can't
i can't do anything

So i is screaming
In Cyberspace

A lonely representation
artificial creation of
            my own
      Consciousness

Trapped between
these walls

Each time
he opened up
she took a part of him
and kept it for a bullet

each time
he opened up
he waited ...
...expectantly

and was disappointed

but in the end
because it was the end
she opened up too

with every bullet
she'd saved

until his screams
burned remorse
in to her eyes..

witchy woman
the moon is cast, high in the sky and so far away
I long for the fields that span endlessly into
absolute nothingness.

I cannot bear the industrialized life,
dreaming, there are no gas filled automotives
or smoke stacks pouring their noxious fumes
into the sky.

I sit on the shoreline, and watch the clouds pass me by.
Waiting, I could wade in
and simply say goodbye.
not a poem about death, just random words, understand?

When I was sure she was asleep I
slithered my way out of the sheets
like the snake I am.
I stood and gazed upon her
as she dozed apparently
safe and sound.

When I was dressed I stepped
into the hall and flicked the
light switch.

Gathering my toothbrush and
things, I turned and went back
to the bedroom, where she
was sitting up straight and
just staring at me as I
entered.

I hesitated when I met her
eyes, seeing the questions
she was unable to hide.

But she didn't say a word,
just arched her brows and
watched me.
I felt her vision track my
movements as I went and
packed undergarments.

When I was wearing my
bags and ready to leave
I hesitated in the doorway.
She hadn't moved, but when
I looked back she said to me:
Turn the lights out before you go.

Meeting her sight was
like being alight with
emotional fire.

So I hit the switch as
I tromped down the
steps,
and ventured out onto
the front porch and into
the dark.

instead of bodies
how very different our ideals

Can we promise each other that when one of us drifts away, the other chases?
