When you are going through a bad day or feeling sick and low
There's nothing more soothing like a moment of laughter
It really does work wonders
Acts as a soothing balm
Just watching or reading or even hearing something funny
It just lightens up the mood
Just makes you forget the misery of the day
Laughter as a therapy is often under-rated
It's powerful than you think it is

traces of being
~ Moon Fire ~

de Luna climbs up
majestic fir brows
one rung at a time

to feel the shiver
of winter breeze
tickle higher
                         than treetops reach
.
where moonbeams
know the meaning
the shadows cast
upon the open palms
of nature’s hands

her halo encircles
a shapeless luster
beyond
the faint whispers
in northern skies

wishing on
the nearest stars,
set ablaze
a smoldering heart
grown cold

as ...

the last winter moon
full and bright

Fuego de Luna ~ Moon Fire
is a moment framed,
looking out my bedroom window
into the forest,
the final full moon rise
of winter
mesmerizing with a dreamful verve
percolating mercilessly within insomnia

Oh how March
When spring has sprung

If you dig in the cave
Filled with your mistakes
You will find wisdom

Woman
an anthropomorphic angel
with infinite passion
who can hardly be discerned,
you have yet to learn
to find out what her heart really yearns
Woman
an emblem of abnegation
who can hardly be discerned,
you have yet to learn
to discern her concern
Woman**
an anthropomorphic angel
with womanly intuition,
Who can hardly be discerned
whether she is ethereal or earthy?

fish weaving in water
cold intake, ***** in
and exhales
crashing,
rolling.

sails on mast
once white with victory
yellowed, left to rot
to fall
shaking lures
and hasty hooks

fragile craft struggling to stay afloat,
thanks the waters
when it crashes to shore.
thanks the sailors
for smoking.
