Blood In The Streets

Tears are streaming down her face
Our trust has been misplaced
In the hands of a human being
A mother can't believe what she is seeing

The same ones who swore to protect and serve
Leave bodies dead, laid out by the curb
And my heart is bleeding as much as their wounds
Our streets are becoming tombs

Our hate is destroying our humanity
And we let pride take away from our dignity
We let stereotypes destroy our humility
It's become a tragedy

acclimate

I don't kno what this word means.
But honesty and heart are the means.
I know it like I know a dream.
Lets move foward to the scene.
I want so bad to be the best...
To let loose this dinosaur caged in my chest.
But I care not for fame.
And I feel ashamed.
At this life in which I rest.
My only goal, (my hearts m-o)
Is to help the ones in need.
I scatter seed, to those who plead...
And pray for rain, so they may grow.

This may sound crazy. But I get words in my head sometimes, after my heart wants to say something. Sometimes they will come right in the middle of a rhyme... but whats really cool is (so far) they have been perfectly placed. And perfectly timed... as if God was showing me He is my help. To encourage me. My deepest wish is to encourage you as well. Peace

follow the leader

"Why can't they just accept me"
"I swear no matter how hard I try nothing ever gets better!"
"I'm too far gone for God to Love me"
"Why is life so hard"
"REALLY!?"*

*JESUS... help me.
"All things are possible with God."
"I AM WITH YOU ALWAYS"
"I will never leave you nor forsake"
"I Love you, your beautiful and wonderful"
"Follow me"

I personally believe that hearing these voices is normal. "My sheep know my voice" and the bible also says satan is the accuser of brethren and that he comes to steal **** and destroy. A "roaring lion who roams to and fro throughout the earth seeing who he may devour" I personally think that the truely "psychotic" are the ones who deny hearing such voices and would go to thier graves insisting they never heard a thing.
