straddling two centuries
a foot in the past
one in the now
a mind to catch-up
a heart to let go

You live within my pain

like the silence between heartbeats.
Sea creatures live beneath deep oceans,
sheltered by beautiful coral reefs,
sometimes hidden in the darkness,
where the sun cannot reach.
Poor sea creatures, longing to be with the birds,
rise toward the sparkling surface,
only to learn the air was never theirs to breathe.
I just wanted to say just be yourself no need to change yourself by looking others.
The uniqueness in us makes us different from others and eventually it becomes our identities if we try changing it we might lost ourselves

guy scutellaro
across my face.

I saw spring coming
in the meadow
where the wildflowers
whisper to the wind.

found freedom on a snowcapped mountain top,

smiled to the child offering violets
cradled in her tiny hands

and when she smiles to me

her joy ripples like sunlight
across the sea of love.

the curtain is lifted.

the soul becomes visible

(always in the wild places
in my heart.)

Gusty wind
carrying the scent of the sea
far from the ocean.

Leaves just turning—
streaks of sun part somber clouds,
warm against sharp wind.

Rounded by salt and
Water rolling from
Tide to tide

Inviolate cipher of
All time
Fallen from molten skies

At the beginning

Holding all
Within your elliptical
Mystical mound
Of stone

I fold your absence
into paper birds
and let them burn
before they fly

My heart has spoken.

It's your turn now.
