I need your friendship
more now than ever before.
Don't give up on me.
No matter what I say or do, I only hurt you more. I don't know where to go from here, but if it's without you then it won't be worth the journey.

-Origin-

Sitting alone at the seashore
I await your return,
To see the flags on the horizon
Beyond the setting sun.

Waiting alone at the seashore
I shiver from the breeze.
The waves shatter my wisdom
and I stay all eternity.

Trembling alone at the seashore
I overlook my despair.
Numb fingers mark liberation
From this hard coarse sand.

Forgetting myself at the seashore
I look for a cause
To abide by this meditation
When the origin is lost.

Twinkling specks of silver surround us
On this bitter, January night
Our docs battle through powdered snow
As we swim across the sea of white

Fire burns warm in Tess' eyes
As a smile catches across her lips
The magical flames fliker bright
At the touch of her fingertips

We applaud as it performs for us
It's a dancing red lady
Teasing the twigs and sparkling sticks
It's allure drives the forest crazy

As time cartwheels fast ahead
Our beloved crimson mistress dies
Though this little evening adventure
Has made us feel, so very alive.
Evening adventures :)

I woke to a grey
cloudy miserable sky pressed
against bedroom pane

I heard a crow caw
then another one flew by
cawing much louder

o spring I close my
eyes and I see your flowers
and I smile wide

butteflies flutter
so softly gently pretty
in bluest of sky

leaves blossom in love
making trees happy again
I then open eyes

I smell my daughters
strawberry forest fruity
dark berry candle

it whiffs through warm air
circling swirling dancing
a fabulous show

the soft fluffy grey
carpet strokes my ancient feet
easing my old age

of yes old age is
flowing in, most mornings
my skeleton gets bored

a flower in vase
brightens up my kitchen
with a summer feel

I shall not let cold
winter get to me , instead
i find pretty things

to keep my heart
growing until spring casts
her wonderful spell

of brighter skies and
lovely ladybirds who
kindly blow kisses
I keep.myself inspired indoors until spring arrives :)
