a single lilac among others.
prettier, you said.
sweeter, softer.
you loved my delicacy,
sense of solitude,
my endearing growth.
however,
sprouts whither,
and I find
myself asking
why must you
always turn back
to smell
the roses.

I've been waging a war against hate

A lot of people thought I lost my confidence
But isn't it a coincidence
that they believe in every word that I say
I know I wouldn't trust me.
