Like swimming upstream,
Going against the grain,
Walking through a festival's crowd,
I cut into the package,
But I couldn't get through.
It was stuck.
Pressure
Would not
Suffice,

So it

Snapped.

I was using scissors and they broke. I was not happy. I wrote this. lol

You quickly unraveled
my fragile heart
like a yo-yo.

My heart was the axle
as it was dropped to the ground
when the string snapped.
something old that i found
ICN Oct 2015
all these broken things surround me
our broken relationship
these ripped papers
the pencils that i snapped in half
that ugly drawing i drew

the pictures on the wall mock me,
your eyes penetrate my soul
they capture a much simpler moment, in a much simpler time of our lives.
//how come i'm there for everyone, but when i most need people i'm alone?\\

Wonder if you see what you're doin' to me
How you caused me to be a nervous wreck
Don't know what emotions to expect

Now I'm laughing
Like the Joker, I think this is funny
I don't know why

I'm gonna go cry

Guess you were protecting me
From that monster you didn't want to feed

I don't feel my heart anymore

It's just constantly beating
Not for me
But it's being beaten
Eaten from the inside out
Black and blue
Bruised, cut and bleeding

Oh how cliche

I make myself want to puke
The anger is creeping up on me
Your life turned into one giant cliche
Now it's time for me to pay
You did this to yourself

******* turn the time back
Be careful what you wish for kid
You'll get exactly just that

Something inside of me has snapped
& I couldn't be more empty
I couldn't be more sad
I collapsed on the floor
& *broke
Poetic T Dec 2014
I walked in to the room
A line upon the wall, "crayon"
Red,
Blue,
Black.
I was ascending, descending,
Thicker as it widened as its journey
Eclipsing the room. What wasn't upon the wall
Outside was now
Now saturated with lines,
But a difference as where there was
Blue,
Black,
Red
With fingerprints. What was dry now wet,
I watched it continue, like a moment
Carrying me along.
"My god the thickness"
"As my finger continued"
"New lines were drew"
"I needed more red"
"As words were wrote"
Crayons were
Red,
Blue,
&
Black,
"The line started"
"But it ends in red"
"In  Crimson"
"I dip my *******"
"In to your neck"
Look what happens when I needed the colours,
"You called me crazy"
But know look as I draw on the walls
Now you don't moan at the words wrote in blood
But they ran out so I used you instead.
I just wanted2draw upon the walls...
