In silence a black motorcade
the sad and soft parade
heavy hearts the last charade
the last song is finally played
one last curtain call is made
rest in peace shadow and shade

The music is over forever delayed
Turn out the light
turn out
the light
finish
and
fade*

you are love my only power
needing each hour after hour
you gave me love when I had none
just meeting you my life begun
~~
what is love, what is the power?
your loving heart my one desire
you are the one that makes love fun
the two of us love on the run

(chorus)
just take my hand we’ll walk this land
just you and me is what will be
so much more than great
more than wonderful
just you and me is what will be
more than wonderful
~
~
becoming you becoming me
together our love was meant to be
where there were two now there’s one
loving you until I am done

(chorus)
*just take my hand we’ll walk this land
just you and me is what will be
so much more than great
more than wonderful
just you and me is what will be
you’re more than wonderful
just take my hand we’ll walk this land
just you and me is what will be
so much more than great
more than wonderful
you’re wonderful
so wonderful
so wonderful
  oh so wonderful

a ding dang diggy diggy ding dang do
everybody knows when the wind don’t blow
but if you go to the picture show
and you’re sittin’ up in the very first row
he don’t know and she don’t know
but everybody knows
when the wind don’t blow
a ding dang diggy diggy ding dang do
ding dang diggy diggy ding dang do
whatcha gonna do when they come for you
‘cause nobody knows if you don’t show
but everybody knows
when the wind don’t blow
a ding dang diggy diggy ding dang do

A ONE MORE TIME

a ding dang diggy diggy ding dang do
everybody sing the ding dang song
a ding dang diggy diggy ding dang do
diggy diggy diggy diggy
ding dang do
Not really a song
more of a sing-a-long jingle satire

I jump up out of bed ‘cause the alarm clock is ringing
got a song sittin’ on the tip of my tongue, I start singing
I’m staring at myself tryin’ to make my lips turn pink
with the blow dryer in my ear, it gives me time to think
on the cocktail naps, can’t remember what we wrote
last night with the girls drinkin’  *** and diet coke

I smoked my last cigarette with the girls last night
the lyrics came fast from the left and from the right
something ‘bout a dance and dare to take a chance
could this be the one, be that one true romance
it’s only been a day, but I could **** for a smoke
last night with the girls drinkin’ *** and diet coke

(chorus)
in this chameleon color world filled sky high
let the rainbow colors just fly on by - fly on by
even those not usually seen - makes it all feel so pristine
and the ones that bleed and the ones that fade
shine bright in the light and in the shade - in the shade

I fall into bed and set the alarm clock to ring
can’t get to sleep this song on my tongue I sing
I’m staring at the walls lyin’ flat on my back
tossin’ and a turnin’ tryin’ to make it all turn black
can’t remember what we wrote, I wish I had a smoke
last night with the girls drinkin’ *** and diet coke

(chorus)
in this chameleon color world filled sky high
let the rainbow colors just fly on by - fly on by
even those not usually seen - makes it all feel so pristine
and the ones that bleed and the ones that fade
shine bright in the light and in the shade - in the shade
me and the girls got it made in the shade - in the shade

fireflies flicker and flutter beneath the dancing trees
exotic breezes whisk and whisper through limbs and leaves
The Golden Goddess of Garden Glen breaths evergreen
Her elfish essence is magic and Her spirit gleens
for it's merely a moment at the wonder She whiles
She wiggles and giggles and then She snickers and smiles

She's not really a Goddess nor is She a Princess
She's more of a magical mystical Enchantress
She is the Garden's gleaming glistening Governess
a caldron song singer a spell casting Sorceress
She starts with Her essence then stirs Her spirit divine
She drips Dragon tears, then simmers slow with sweet sunshine

simple solution of spellbound myth and mystery
secretly sublime not found, hidden in history
not mountain high, valley low nor places in between
is the glowing gleen of The Garden Glen's evergreen
it is just East of the sun and Southwest of the moon
at a place where clouds and castles float and stars are strewn
