Life and Death
Most afraid of death, aren't afraid of life. But death is apart of life,
So what are they afraid of?

Fighting.
There's three ways of fighting.

Agressive-Using attacks and offensive maneuvers.

Defensive-Blocking and deflecting attacks.

Controling-Using your enemy's attacks and defenses against themselves while not aggressively attacking them nor defending against their attacks.

Lost
I know who "They" are, "They" are the voices. But I've lost who I am. I guess, in a way, I am "Them", and they are "Me", Right?
What am I?

Alternate personalities
A never ending noise of war and conflict in my head, All for what?
I haven't been abused or anything of that sort. Over the years I have been changing and "adapting" my self to different people and situations. Because of it, I now have all of "Them" constantly yelling and argueing in my head, each one trying to take control. It's left me a former shell of my self. I don't feel many emotions because of it now most of the time, but the ones I do feel...
In the end, It's a prison of my own making.

Them
"He's" not the only one
in my head, they
always argue.

Him
Him
I've tried keep him locked away,
Hidden, long enough that time
will erase him.
I hate him, but he feeds on my hate.
I need him, but don't want him.
I fight him, but he still wins.
But....

He is me
In the end, It will all fit together.

The funny thing about silence is,
In my head, It never truly is
silent.
In the end, It will all fit together, won't it?

Battle
I've been fighting a battle, I can't win.
He's been fighting a battle he can't loose.
I've been fighting for years with heavy loses.
He's been fighting with no loses.
I've been getting weaker.
While He's been getting stronger.

Some one help

me?
This poem, like most of my poems. As I'm sure some of you have found is about me and "Him", The one I blame, the one who's been "control(ing) the leader", the one who causes me so much pain. Yet, I can't stop him nor live without him. Will it all fit together, in the end?

Shadow
I've found like most things I've
come to know, I'm just
A shadow of my
former
self.

Machine
Sometimes, I feel so little.
I wonder, am I human?
Or just a machine?
This poem is about feeling emotions that I know I should, but don't. I guess in the end, It will all fit together. As always, Don't forget to tell me what you think in the comments below.

Wars...
Has anyone else been fighting a war they keep losing?
Fighting and fighting, with little difference?
Change of tactics, change of mind, change of though.
That changes the mind to a unknown prison you can't escape?
That in the end, causes a change of person that you don't recognise when you look on the mirror and repeatedly asked; "What am I?" to no avale?
Or am I just a forgotten soldier, sent to die, in this war?
This, like every single one of my poems, has a deeper meaning, and like the rest, It connects to the rest. As always, Don't forget to tell me what you think in the comments below. In the end, It will all fit together.

Problems
Like problems, When hammering nails,
You either hit the nail on the head,
Or your thumb.
This poem is to show how my last two poems, I "hit my thumb" and they didn't do as good as I was hoping. As always, don't forget to tell me what you think in the comments below.

Characters.
There's always at least two characters in every story; the protagonist, and the antagonist.

Which am I?
There's always two sides to every story as there is two most things. What am I?

Time.
Time bought.
Time spent.
Time wasted.

All for what?
This poem is to give my other poem "Time" a new perspective per say. What if I told you, there was a secret, no one has found. A story yet to be told. A question yet to have an answer. Would you believe me? What if In the end, It did will all fit together?

I wonder if you guys can figure this out, For what if this is more than just a story? A poem? My feelings? But also a past I'm only part of and a future where I've lost?
As always, don't forget to tell me what you think in the comments below and guess if you can figure out the story.

Time
We always think we have enough time. When really, It's just a luxury.

In the end, It all fits together.
We always think we have enough time, but we really don't, do we? As always, don't forget to tell me what you think.

When one door closes.
When all the doors have closed,
Look for a window.

In the end, It all fits together
I thought I would do a poem on the saying; "When one door closes, another one opens". As always, Don't forget to tell me what you think.

No.
No.
No, Such a simple word.
Yet, So powerful.
'No, dreams don't come true.'
'No, I want to start a war.'
'No, I won't talk to that person today with depression today.'
Or
'No, dreams do come true.'
'No, I don't want to start a war.'
'No, I will talk to that person with depression today.'
"No"; Like many other words, It is so simple, yet so powerful.
As always, Don't forget to tell me what you think!

Joy, some find it in hobbies.
Some find it in loved ones.
Some find it in others failure.

Creativity for art, music, dance, and poetry....

And at same time.

A cup of water
Some people see the cup half full...
Some people see the cup half empty...
Neither will figure out at that time the lesson in it all.
As some never will.
"Sometimes to see the smaller details, you have to look at the bigger picture."
This poem was a idea given to me by a person with the username of Krista DelleFemine and I thought it would be a good idea for a poem so I said I would do it, and I just want to say thanks for the idea, I want more people to give me suggestions for poems, and as always, don't forget to tell me what you think!

The Blacksmith
The blacksmith raises their hammer to shape and bend the metal to their will, to make something for creating or destroying in their hands, whether it is iron for a flower or steel for a sword, like poetry. They can choose.
I am in fact a blacksmith and it popped in my head to write one about blacksmithing, so I gave it it shot, And as always, Don't forget to tell me what you think!

Writers block
The thing we poets have all been at before.
The thing that takes our creativity and throws It out the window.
The thing that disables us from saying what we truly mean.
Yet we always find a way.
I’ve been on writer’s block lately, so I got the idea to write a poem about
writer’s block, we all have been there before so I figured it would be a easy poem
to connect to, And as always, Don’t forget to tell me what you think!

Emotion
The thing we all feel, whether we decide to show it or not.
Some of us h a t e it, and other just live with it.
Then there are the ones who decide to just be finally, truly...

"Free"
This is another deep poem that I thought I would post on here, I've been one a writers block lately, but I will be posting as soon as possible, and as always, Don't forget to tell me what you think!

Flame
The flame we all have in us, love, hate, pain, and joy.
It allows us to become stronger than we ever thought before.
To overcome the challenges that face us, to defeat them.
To finally be free of our restraints, to be free, to be....

Happy.
This is a poem about reaching 10 followers on HelloPoetry.
Thank you all for getting me here, I thought I wouldn't still have a single follower by now, and you guys proved me wrong, It means alot to me. Once again thank you.

I will also be releasing a poem sooner or later called; "The Flame". It's going to be my first story-poem ever. And as always, don't forget to tell me what you think about my poems, what I could do better and improve and things to write about!

Love:
Love: the thing most of us have, someone caring for us, and us for them.
Love: the thing most of us want, for someone to care about us.
Love: the thing some of us don't, for we are afraid.

Love: the thing we all have or will try at least once.

Death
Death, the escape from this place we "live" in.
To wipe all our "sins" clean and move on beyond this realm.
The thing that allows us to finally be truly free, want or not.
To rid us of our nightmares, and pain, and hate.
In return for us losing our loved ones, joy, our memories.

Death, the beginning and end.
I decided to post a second poem today because I'm most likely not going to post one tomorrow.
Remember to tell me what you think!

War
War
War, the war to end all wars they said, only they told lies,
For pain, conquest and wealth is what they devise.
~
War, the war to bring freedom they said, yet, the only ones free,
are the ones that lost their lives.
~
War, the war to bring a great leader to guide us all, but only
they control the leader, and they control them all.
This is just a little poem I thought I would throw on here, I have do have a much deeper meaning for it, good job if you can find it.

Also I might not be able to post tomorrow (3/23/18) but I will try to, I'm lucky I was even able to post one today.

Blame
Blame, the thing we have all done, the thing we do to shame the
one who did it all.
~
Blame, the thing we do so much, for if we didn't do it, our thoughts
would just combust.
~
Blame, the thing we consider immature, is the thing we all do, to
shame the one who did it all.

Fame
Fame, the thing most of us want dear, yet some of us aren't able to
reach it, and they are left down here.
~
Fame, the thing most of us want dear, yet those who don't, somehow make
it there from down here.
~
Fame, the thing most of us want dear, yet those who get it, are usually
always in a fuss.
~
Fame, the thing most of want dear, but not me, because I'm fine
just down here.
I am trying out a new style of writing my poems, but this is one of my favorite poems that I wrote so far.
Don't forget to tell me what you think!

Life
Life, the long played game, of pain and fame in the brain.
These are the things that drive our hope, of things to come,
a dwindling hope and a prize. These are the things that drive
the game of pain and fame in our brains.
This is a copy of the oldest poem I remember writing, so it may not be the best.
Mar 2018 · 209
Pain
Pain, the thing that never leaves us alone, for pain is the
closest friend we all disgust.
Pain, the thing that lets us know we are hurt, in one way or
another, we all have to cope.
Pain, the thing that we never want to feel, but if we never felt
it, how are we sure, we're still down here.

— The End —
