Death is the Key
Templar of Steel Aug 2017
The whole world ‘s a stage
So did Shakespeare say
So here I give you my play
Written out of rage

Once upon a time a man there was
No purpose was to him given
A life without meaning he had liven
His inside was filled with loss

Then it hit during the last year of teenage
A thought cold as stone
Bars made of bone
The flesh was his cage

He knew then and there
That the curse of life
Was just a bitter strife
That would hurt him as long he was here

I was him and he was me
So here my play ends
Goodbye my friends
Death is the key

Painting the lily black
Templar of Steel Jan 2016
Painting the lily black
Tainted by the mist of my heart
It cripples and dies
Surrender to hatred
Compassion I lack
An urge to tear something apart
Resting in human cries
It smothers my hatred
As a wolf running with the pack
Acceleration burns my heart
Upset by your twisted lies
They are fueling my hatred

The fallen son; the first to suffer
Glorius serving heaven
Glory bless the mightiest
Cast down till the earth beneath

The ones of free will; Adam and Eve
Unable to estimate the cosequens of their actions
Was chained by the word of others
Freed by the fruit of Eden thrue the serpent

No redemption offered
Forgiven: cursed to never be
The freer of man
and the one to walk the earth

Named shared between devil and son
Named shared between devil and son
Lucifer; the lightbringer
Named shared between devil and son

Destiny shared between devil and son
Destiny shared between devil and son
Chosen by God to be neglected
Destiny shared between devil and son

Sonnet #1: Love
Templar of Steel Jan 2016
The sun that shone so bright upon the ice
So cold, so hard, the ice, but yet so white
The water froze so long ago by lies
But then the truths revealed the shining light

The love thou have suppressed won’t fade away
Infect your mind and heart it will; again
Just let thy warm emotion free; You may
Be warmed and cared about; again

But if you let thy heart be open wide
The sun will shine on you with light divine
The one you love may with your heart coincide
Maybe the one will not but you will shine

If love, at end of life, you can’t recall
it’s like you won’t have been alive at all

When I Die
Templar of Steel Jan 2016
When I die and lay down for my final rest
Do not mourn the time we could have had
But celebrate the time we was together
Remember me not with sorrow
But remember me with a smile and a laughter

When I die and lay down for my final rest
Do not mourn what was taken from you
But celebrate what you was given
Remember not: that all that is given will be taken
But that all that will be taken is given to you

When I die and lay down for my final rest
Do not mourn me, I’m not dead
Celebrate me, I’m still alive
Remember me and I will not die
But remember only if you want to

When I die and lay down for my final rest
Do not mourn that I died
Celebrate that I have lived till now
Remember that life isn’t eternal
But remember that love is

Donum Mortis - Bless me
Templar of Steel Jan 2016
Bless me and my finite soul
**** me and end my pain
This agony is eating me whole
Bless me, I’m going insane

I’m feeling it creeping; insanity
I’m hearing its voice call
To lose my humanity
I’m feeling like I’m hitting a wall

Death - I’ve always seen it near
Death - Donum Mortis

Free me from, the chains of life
Fettered to thoughts, humbling, shaking
Emptying, this evil strife
Free me from this aching

Death - I’ve always seen it near
Death - Donum Mortis

Save me from the omnipresent emptiness
Laying thick, muddying my mind
Longing for fulfillment
Of a meaningless kind

As I watched the new day awake
And the snow flakes that fell to the ground
Just to melt, or to freeze on the lake
To then shatter with a cracking sound

I thought of us human fools
With no real purpose or meaning
Just being used as tools
We cannot stand without leaning

Against a friend or foe
Against false truths and ideals
Afraid of the beast below
When compared to the truth, he appeals

And a snow flake landed on my cheek
A light touch and then it melted away
I won't remember it next week
Even thou it danced it's very own ballet

Even thou it was as no other
The touch of it was the same
To me it was just another;
We are all just the same
