Hey, don't follow my trail as if I am the last trace of hope for you. Another, more ardent, has found me.

Her
If she’s broken,
Fix her.
If she’s difficult,
Chase her.
If she’s lonely,
Comfort her.
If she’s cold,
Warm her.
If she’s sweet,
Taste her.
If she’s lost,
Guide her.
If she’s insecure,
Flatter her.
If she’s distant,
Reach her.
If she’s unreachable,
Call her.
If she’s harsh,
Forgive her.
If she leaves,
Miss her.
If not miss her,
Forget her.
If not forget her,
You loved her.

But despite her destruction,
Never,
Under any circumstances,
Hate her.

Love her,
And let her free,
From your idea of,
Her.
Just going through a breakup after 1.5 years. Not sure if i loved her or the idea of her, but i still miss either person— despite the pain she caused me since we met.

Mrs Timetable
I crawled into your day dream
Where the soft cool blankets lay
Safely
Fell asleep
And
That
Is
Where
I want
To stay
Safe places

You will fabricate yourself if you don't believe in the truth.

I was conceived in the wrong womb.
That's my life in a sentence.
It was one I never wore well.
  Greenhills, OH. Suburbia ad nauseam.
Lovely family and all but Bumpkinville
so boring I took up smoking 8th grade.
A swimming pool but I craved an ocean.
I wanted a boardwalk and girls
bold enough to kiss me like I needed
canyons of skyscrapers to explore,
  junkies and perverts and hookers
who knew the price of meat.
I wanted a library  with every book
to devour so I'd be smarter than my father
and teachers and the ******* Parish priests
who loved their altar boys more than the poor
sick needy masses of their church.
