Eclipse

The stars line the skyline,
and the moon lies beside me.
It's not often the sun and the moon intertwine.
It seems we have finally crossed paths;
You call me your sunrise, and you are my moon.
After countless years we have finally met and while astronomy says it is meant to be brief,
I'm begging for a miracle and for the chance of an eclipse.
And while it could end the world should it last too long,
We'd get what we've been asking for.
To spend every moment of the rest of our lives,
together.

I love you incredibly. Forever.
Almost.

The word alone has its own impact, already a thought-consuming word. It reminds me of things I was on the brink of doing, on the edge of making, and on the verge of having, but never did.

maybe
if I write a poem
that encompasses
all of
my thoughts,
I can finally stop thinking

but
since all my thoughts are about you
I don't think
there are enough lines
or words
or letters

so I think
I will continue to write
all my ideas and poems
and all it-
until you finally
think of me too.

snow falls, yet not everything gets hit
nature knows some will bear the load

bark hovering over gentil leaves
nature knows some cannot survive in the cold
It's not about the ghosts or the demons
The heartbreaks and rejections
It's about the happiness and contentment
Not minding what you've imperfected
What you're scared of doesn't matter
As long as you know that you'll be better
Head up, stay strong
and never give it up all
cant find an appropriate title for this

The stars are lonely
on the edges of the universe-
I am not alone,
yet further away.

Wrapped in a sensitive shadow of frozen alphabets
They engrave an intimate definition of private insanity
Quiet tremors freeze an unknown violence
Leaving to eyes to bury the dregs of scarlet shame

Do you see me?
I am yelling your name
But you look everywhere
But at me.

We're going to different places
In life, and I wish I could follow
You, and be there for you when
All else fails.

But we have been set
On separate paths, so
I'm afraid we will drift
Away, in the end.

'Twas a pleasure.
A fear of mine.

got too many reals, i just want to feel
too many outfits for the places i go
gold like an arrow to praise the nights
coming through the green-yellow days
dauntless and swift

want to flex like a child—
here comes the trail
and the feels that feel real
sit out in a tank top
for the inner freedom til the sun
spears the ocean and the moon rises
this blasting heat is the way April
wants to leave us
ok last poem wasn’t a real one, it was a rant about a friend and that’s not cool so i deleted it. it’s dead now
