I love you when you're up
I love you when you're down
I love you when you're weak
I love you when you're strong
I love you when you're right
I love you when you're wrong
I love you when you're beautiful...because you are, always.
It's called the land of equal opportunity
For who?
If you're hair isn't processed, you're already eliminated
You already failed the test
They think their texture is the best
But don't let that discourage you
Because they don't know how beautiful it is to be...
Let's brake him down
Build him up the way we want him to be
Send him to Iraq
He came back a shell of a man
That's how you send him back to me
Where is that strong young man prior to military?
Lost out there in sands and sea...
Reflections from a mother of a Vet. suffering from PTSD
Cancer, that nasty disease
Attacked my father twice
Killed one of my sisters
Constantly trying to attack another
Now it's attacking two of my brothers.
Threatening to take the life of the older
Oh, that cancer, it's in our genes
We inherited it from our father
To cancer he lost his mother, two of his sisters, and a brother
In spite of cancer, I wouldn't have traded him for another...
Because that's how much I love my father.
I love you dearly
You were made especially for me
I love watching you run, laugh, and play
Not to mention the cute things you say
and that's what makes my everyday
