Trapped
Inside the walls
Suffocating Everyday
Wait for someone to save
Save me from the mess I made
Burning through the flames
I am being tortured inside
Trapped inside my madness
There’s no escape
Not today

My poems are just words
on a screen
that you read and wonder
why its so hard to say these words out loud
why is it easier to write them down
and you read them out to yourself

They just think that she is a little strange
They can't see the thoughts or feelings inside her head
And if they saw,
They would weep
For the pain inside her
is so terrible



her is me

My Mind the prison.
My Heart and Soul prisoner.

The chains,
Anxiety and Depression.

My Body the canvas,
Mindful of my Oppression.

I'm at the edge of the zone
Push me and I'll fall
I'll be bruised and broken
Push me and I'll fall
I'm in pain
Please push me

Leave me to die
with my heart in my hands
rivers down my face
gut-wrenching, twisting, stabbing pain.
Leave me to die
because its easier
to rise alone, stand alone
I hope you enjoy being by yourself
you may have been all I had
but I was all you had too.
Go right ahead
and leave me to die
you'll regret it
when I finally stand up
mend myself
fix the things you couldn't be bothered with.

because I will be back
stronger than before
and I won't go back to you
not this time.
