Weddings…
The church preceding begins.
I watch from afar as he holds you in your arms,
Holding as though he's scared to let go,
As though he wants the whole world to know.
You can see the love in his eyes,
I can see the content in yours.
Settling for less isn't always a bad idea,
Since you are a woman who's got a very successful career.
You just need a man to truly love you.
A man, who with his ****** prowess can make due.
I watch from a seat as he stares at you,
He sure is very happy to be with a girl like you.
I was happy too.

I'm at your wedding without an invitation.
You are at the door bidding adieu to the whole congregation,
I could see the content in your eyes,
And you now, could see the painful relief in mine.

What is this blinding light?
What is the meaning of life?
If I was born to survive in a world that eventually succumbs to death.

Who was asked to be created?
I wouldn't mind to be sedated.
To sleep through all this and wake up to be greeted with a happy belated, and they tell me I made it past Armageddon and the world is never ending, it actually just begun.

I'd e'er wait for eternal rest,
Wearing my possible best,
Not knowing whether-
I've failed or passed the eternal-
Test.

Or maybe it's all an eternal jest
But who gets the last laugh?
It's whose god, Me or him, I guess?

You were giving me up,
While I was giving you love.
You tore mine apart,
While I gave you my whole heart.
Now I'm left with the pieces,
Rearranging the words I'm using,
Hoping it passes a clear message,
That you aren't the one I'm missing, and I'm not the only one that feels this ended too soon, but I'd hold my peace and not talk about this- anymore.

I'm a father of three
A girl and two boys
My wife left me
For a much younger boy
She said he's got stunning abs
I really do hope he knows she's got *****,
Down underneath.

I'm a father of three
Two boys and a girl
And my wife cheats on me
With a boy named Emmanuel
He loves to play with her toys
And she ‘comes’ with immense joy

I'm a father of three
And my wife cheated on me
She won full custody
After she ****** my attorney.
I'm a father of three
And none of my children lives with me.

Self righteousness would be the doom of us all,
We are quick to judge without proper explanation given to us. If it looks bad then it is bad, and if it looks good then it is good. No grey lines. Just black and white.
In trying to protect ourselves we hurt others,
Some would call it the casualty of war.
Our story defines complications.
Your sin is permissible because it is your sin,
Mine is not because it isn't yours,
So you'd stare and gnarl at me,
And commence to throw that sin on me.
It is your way not the highway,
Your view has to be the last say,
Because you view yourself to be a better saint.

I swore to make you happy
I swore to make you laugh
I was never last to say sorry
Even when you made me mad
Ours was the perfect story
You and I, the perfect cast
The love you gave was glory
But alas, good things never last
I know you'd say you loved me
But that was only in the past.
