Creep
You think you've escaped hell?
-cackles-
I've only just got started.
;)
take on me
by a-ha

I just wanna run
by downtown fiction

you give love a bad name
by bon jovi
I always tell the truth
     Every moment of the day
I always write what I'm feeling
And what I really wanna say
I don't ever let myself get walked on
Or abused or put through pain
I never hide my face with sunglasses
Or let my tears fall silently like rain
I've never gone back to a man whos cheated
Or beat me or made me feel less than nothing
I've never based my opinions of others on my past
Or cut myself so I could at least feel something
I'm never gonna make another mistake
Or fail or treat someone unkind
I've always thought I was worth more than others think
And I've never lost my mind
Next in my series of "lies" (I've lost track.of how many) To read the rest click #mylittlelies and #mytruths. Thanks.

Fish The Pig
discard me, darling.
I'm water-damaged,
torn
and not worth much.
the ink is smeared-- I can no longer be read.

Tide Islands
The glow from your cigarette
emits just enough light
to cast a shadow and illuminate your eyes.
I'm legally blind, but not blind enough
to miss the tears you attempt to hide
as you inhale.
You don't think I can see,
so you smile and attempt to control
the tremor in your voice.
I pretend not to notice,

But I know that your
father made you
cry again.

You realize that I noticed,
and yet, you don't say a thing.
We both pretend I didn't see,
even though we're both bad at pretending.
The silence envelops us,
and we refuse to say anything.
We've always used unspoken excuses
as a barrier between us,
because we aren't brave enough,
because your problems are your problems,
and mine are mine.

But I know that your
father made you
cry again.

There isn't a good enough reason why.
We don't have to have one,
and we don't look for one either.
That's just the way it's always been,
and I don't expect it to change.
Even though it probably should,
we'll continue to pretend.
So I ask for a cigarette, and it
casts a shadow and illuminates my eyes,
that aren't really that blind,

Because I know that your
father made you
cry again.

And that won't change, no matter what we pretend.
This one was written sometime in 2006.

DC raw love
are you a Jezabel
or
are  you a Jody

why do they  always
come to each other

are they two lonley people
that is missing something
or
are they two lonley people
that is missing somebody

is it lust there looking for
or
are they looking for  somebody

the feelings they have for each other
are the feelings thay they hide

the feeling of lust they commit
will always be theirs
Fold me, into an abundance of of possibilities.

Consolidate me with your mind to create art.

Scrunch me up into a ball when I become an error.

Spread out my crinkles when you choose to forgive me.

Use me to make your world.

You are already my everything.

Scribble down on me to write notes.

Yes you hate me, but at least you need me.

Recite from the words engraved in me, to please anyone you wish.

Throw me

Summon me.

I will do anything

And everything for you.

But please,

Please,

Don't tear me.

I've got a delicate heart.

It's already been broken.

I don't want to be forever in pieces

Of paper.

But I am.

I have been torn.

I have failed you, my love.

**Failed you I have.
Paper.

I fell in love,
I didn't even mean to

But does anyone ever mean to?
at first i did not realize what you meant when you said 'i love you'.
i thought you'd said it because you knew just how vulnerable i was to you.
you knew what i felt was real. but what you did wasn't
you were hiding behind a mirror that only reflected the love i had for you.
the things that weren't really there.
i did love you
i shouldn't have
but i do not regret kissing you that night under the lamppost
and i do not regret staying in my room all day long with you
but i do regret that first kiss
by the ball field
the night you vowed you would never stop loving me. the night that i was truly undoubtedly beautiful to you
i felt that.
but now i feel nothing for you.
you were the closest thing I've felt to true love and definetly the closest to heartbreak.
for months i couldn't breathe
my eyes were the red of blood
my checks were puffy as clouds
my skin was salty and id lost all passion for mascara because it only seemed to run down my face within minutes of applying it.
i laid in bed nearly all day
i couldn't move or speak
you had shattered me
and here i am
being you're friend
watching you kiss her
watching you hold her hand and watching you love her.
but i don't feel pain anymore.
i feel something worse
i feel empty
well those were good days
