I love my dreams ,that edge of reality
Where you and I touch and meet
Our pathway is not straight it's a spiral
You continually come back to things

You see deeper truths in untold stories
Fragmented energy from the same source
Because what we put out returns back
We live a little differently than before

We look at eyes and see inside hearts
We taste minds and recognise hunger
Ribs become cages for wild animals
And love shines again in molten gold
close your eyes and think of dreams
knowing nothing's as it seems
think of things so soft so warm
closing close your eyes till dawn
imagine imagine imagine sleep
remember remember i'm yours to keep
take a breath leave the world behind
finding dreams and peace of mind

wander through meadows of gentle flowers
counting the weeks and the days and the hours
feel softly soft upon your skin
take a breath and breathe it in
just so warm so soft so light
hush hush my love
good night good night

sometimes i have to breathe in,
and breathe out,
so i can remind myself not
to doubt
my existence
so i can remind myself of
the distance
between my room and my
mother's
so i can remind myself to not give her another
gray hair
so i can remind myself that
someone out there
probably does care
so that i can remind myself that
i matter,
though my heart
may shatter
and the art
within me probably
won't matter
sometimes i have to breathe in,
and breathe out,
so i can remind myself that i am alive
and that i can survive.
just breathe, you can do it.
How beautiful is this Earth.
How exquisitely tender the delicate filaments that connect us, heart to heart.
I go into the Land of Light.
I go into the beauty of the Land of Light.
I go into the love in the Land of Light.
I will not forget you.
I am grateful for my life.
I am grateful.
I am.
If you dig in the cave
Filled with your mistakes
You will find wisdom
Shimmering like gold

Blah blah blah
Enjoy!
Breathe in quickly
Gather more oxygen
To encourage the thought

Widen the eyes
To take it all in

Keep still
Do not talk
Or dare interrupt the moment

But give the thought space
To materialise

And then
Suddenly
There it is

Truth

Apparent
Present
Realised
Understood

Adrenaline surges
Joy flows
And there is peace with oneself
Connection to the universe

A new dawn has broken
Rich with possibilities
Changing everything

"Ahhh I scream, what is wrong with you?"
"Don't run around I didn't raise you like that!"
"Have these pills!"
"**** you, why are you not like the normal kids..."

"Am I really that weird?"
"Drugged beyond recognition"
"Head as heavy as the weight of himalaya"
"Drowned in medication"

"Always nice too meet you, I am James"
"Do they accept the true me?"
"I am fine. How are you doing?"
*"Don't show them. Do drugs"
You are not yourself when you are on medicine, but sometimes it might be better?

Who is to say-
old age is wisdom?
rather it's an
unknown kingdom.

The older I get
the less I know for sure
life is a mysterious continent
to live is to struggle, to explore and to endure.

Certitude, what certitude?
wisdom, what wisdom?
human intelligence is finite
the mind that's fixed on certitude is serfdom.

In the beginning  nothing I knew
and at the end--still nothing
nay,  old age is doubts and the
beginning of learning.
Silver and Gold will lose their luster. Jewels will not sparkle forever. Treasures can be stolen or tarnished by the passage of time. Life long memories on the other hand cannot be taken by a thief, nor can time erase the impact of love given to create them. The smallest acts of kindness and caring with family, is often the most precious thing. It is a treasure that cannot be given a value. It is part of who you are and what you pass on in life.
A person who has good thoughts
cannot ever be ugly.
You can have a wonky nose
and a crooked mouth
and a double chin
and stick-out teeth,
but if you have good thoughts
they will shine out of your face
like sunbeams
and you will always
look lovely.
