by 29 members This collection has been created to showcase the work of fellow Indian poets on this site. Only those who are Indians living in India and writing in English will be featured here. Only those invited can add to the collection.
I have also created a group on google+ called “The Indian Wordsmiths Collective”. This community is only for creative writers of Indian origin. Indians by nature are great story tellers and some of the greatest stories have their origins in India.
This community will work together to promote those Indians who enjoy writing just for the pleasure they get out of writing. This community will provide a platform for unknown and unrecognized Indian authors. This community will help writers to publish their work and also come out with e-zines, e-newsletters and e-journals to promote its members.
This community will also conduct contests and competitions to identify budding talent to encourage Indian creative writers. Since we want this community to be free from the infiltration of vested interests and those with hidden agendas, this community has been made private and only those Indians who are seriously interested in writing and working together can join this group upon request.
