The Lone Wolf
catsmeow Jul 2020
What does the moon behold?
To make him lift, crumble and fall.
In treacherous hands of humanity,
One lies in truth; one in cruelty.

Propel the waves for he endures pain.
He whom words engraved, a humming of sorrowful rain.
Trust no one but no one is himself, a man.
Love someone but not the likes of one to bawl and come undone.

Sniffing around, he found no company,
The new diversity shivers an epiphany.
"Shall I devour my flesh?" He asked himself,
To felt the numbness? Or to taste the hell?

He fought for comfort,
The lone wolf cried,
The image of stars went gray,
Seek no more, a starry night.

"Ouvre les yeux"
Frozen mouth uttered declairing war,
Starts from match
Now, he's ready now to walk through fire.

I didn't saw you in gold and silver sparkles
Glitters everywhere, in a slow motion type of stare
I didnt saw you in magical nights
In poetry lines, or lipsticks changing the lights
Like the spotlight's on you and I

I didn't saw you picking up the roses in the garden-filled butterflies
How the songs capture our eyes, in glimpse of heaven or disguise
I didn't saw you escaping at 12 am, enchanting spells in sacred room,
Where the color purple's only for you, but you can only see blue

I didn't saw you in fairytales
But I saw you in mine
In my little, mono-lid, honeyed eyes
Between the waking and the siesta time
I saw you in my photographs filmed in my mind
In counting hours before the class start
And haunting hours when end of school year just waved to us

I didn't saw you in someone else's portrayal of how you were painted in them
I saw you in vivid lines I wrote, in feelings I have known, fore years I won't let go.

I saw you, and I didn't want to
You saw me, I know you wanted to
But they belonged to 2018 version of my life
All the tragic had happened in 2020's
I've learned pretty much not to be fine when I'm fine.

The best art I make exists in those that are untainted
Words that are solely mine
To take and to recieve and to make transformations behind

From emotions to feelings, to creation and birth
Takes away my pain, fill my lungs with clouds
And everything else just slowly passing by

It exists in those that are sad, extreme moments
Or happy, delighted smiles
Vague, trance-like quick inception of messages
Visuals that tells stories and memories I keep in mind

It doesn't follow rules
A fish swimming in the bluest blues
Just as vast as the space
I belong nowhere but everywhere else.
Entry from my past self, every day, hour, second, we're constantly changing, and we have the power to change the way we think and how we can also help people widen their perspective in simple words we subtly wire on their minds.

Hold your words responsibly,
Your notes filled with heart and ink,
In shadows casted on daylight scenes,
We change things little by little, in poetry, and actions we make.
