Whatever happened to the boy
who dreamed?
The master architect of worlds
rarely visited.
Fragmented artifacts are discovered,
sieved out of the sand.
The body as whole remains incomplete

A lonely man singing along
with his guitar of woe
Sing to me your story,
tell me what brought you here
Failure to dream or overwhelmed
by choice?

I've heard of the living
I know of the afterlife
The walls between you and me
are physical
Follow the paths forged by the few
Liberate your passions
I see you in me.

I see people looking at me when I’m not yelling at them.
I see people running away from me when I’m pelting stones at broken cars.
I’m walking alone with barking dogs.
I see crying kids when I smile at them.
I see hand prints all over my body for eating fruits.
I see my black eye in a mirror, all for just asking food.
I hear screaming horns, when I’m just crossing the road.
I hear shoutings, when I’m just trying to sleep in the park.

All that I do is what I do.
All that I take is what I never asked for.

I see no difference between you and me.
Is it because you are yourself, and I am me?

I befriend the antonyms of the light
Now the face of the night won't let me go
No matter what I do, even with all my might
So have no choice but to dance with the flow

I am a man who ate the forbidden apples
Indeed the wisdom of the dark was among the highest
Definitely a door to the unknown, until I am longing for riffles
Because I can take the lies of reality no more, such lunacies

Life was supposed to be a thankful journey
A sweet dance from hello's to farewell
Lucky are those who've found serenity
Who hasn't heard the music of hell

I've been too far, my clock is ticking in a cycle of forever
I need a reformat not just a simple reboot
Do not save any good files, that's not so clever
All parts of me was already been infected even to the root

I befriend the antonyms of the light
Now the face of the night won't let me go
No matter what I do, even with all my might
So have no choice but to dance with the flow...

Hand me a note
Of a cynic brother
about the wars we've fought
the blood we've split
and the ones that bonded us together

I am a sinner
with dashing looks
a serpent smile
and a lust greater than a vampire

I hear them cry
when I close my eyes
I see their voids
Desperate
Desperation is all they cling to

I am a sinner
With a beauty voice
and an army of corpse behind  me

I sin for a better course
just like you lie for a better tomorrow
just like a mantra

many things left unsaid
but for sure
these life is uncertain

there is something wistful
about the way the cars move along
and the way I am watching them
with such diligence
from my aloof window
even up here in my leather seat
i feel a connection to their humanity
the urgency in which they scamper
through the streets and the
sunlight
so comforting in its afternoon glow
that it makes me melancholy
because as it has reached its peak
and will soon be gone.

isn't it funny the way we assume?
that this honey veil will be draped once again?
anticipating the glint of another windshield
as if it is written down in Time's script?

there is something sad
about the way we presume connection
with one another and with nature
the way we reflect ourselves
our existence
onto the tiny people laughing in the parking lot
and the trees that speak no tongue at all
only the language of perpetual existence
that we try desperately to decipher
with our limiting words
this is a metaphysical hodge podge.
