raising wall
closing door
earth won't keep us
longer more

sun will burn
out one day
turn ashes' urn
our earthly way

but much before
what could happen
we burn her more
than earth can gain

drip by drip
we bleed her dry
go on trip
for a home in sky

if pause to think
how come this need
we're on brink
for endless greed

distrust and fight
waning smiles
can things be bright
out billion miles?
a suffocating pain crawls up his throat
as he watches from the observation deck
a home once his now pathetically remote
in the cosmic vastness an agonizing speck!

brave wanderer was his dusty restless boot
his mind a yearning traveler on endless roam
love flew like sparks without growing root
never was one place could he call his home!

now before him stands an infinite rocky terrain
inviting him to unveil her unexplored asset
replicate a habitat of a different light and rain
build there a refuge retrieve a broken nest!

his lips seek a prayer as if to shake off fears
as creeps up his spine cold night's stardust
whispering the void of four ninety light years
the story of lost empire and all the broken trust!
let's not make earth so uninhabitable as to force humanity one day to seek and escape to another planet that could never become home the way our earth is.
Kepler-186f is 490 l.y. away from earth, discovered in the habitable zone of another star.
You have said
As a Phenomenal Woman
That
Still I Rise,
and so you must to travel
The Road Not Taken.
But
If You Forget Me
In your
Dreams,
Dearest Annabel Lee,
I will sing like the
Caged Bird.

If,
When Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening,
You should find yourself in
A Dream Within a Dream,
Then deny, for
I Don't Love You Because I Love You;
I love you more
As I Grow Older.

I will pass through this life,
Do Not Stand by My Grave and Weep,
You are not
Alone.
You too
Will Not Go Gently Into That Good Night;
For I
Don't Go Far Off.
This is the promise:
Hope is the Thing With Feathers,
or it can be
A Poison Tree,
Casting venom on
Daffodils,
Making
All the World a Stage,
And I,
An understudy in the wings.
Took the titles of the most famous poems on the Poem Hunter site, and voila.
Seeing you with her
I felt nothing

Seeing you happy with her
I became *nothing
I miss being a kid, those times when we choose coins over paper bills, when
the only way to cheer us up is eating an ice cream, bright colors makes us smile, hugs comforts us, we pretend to be asleep on the couch so our father will carry us to our bed, jigsaw puzzles.

As we grow old our desires become more bigger. We forget to be happy and contented with those little things. We end up wishing and asking for more. We find happiness to things that in the long run didn't really matter.
How beautiful it is to be silent
when someone expects your anger
And how beautiful it is to smile
when someone expects you to shed tears.
We exist, like kisses of
mist on a window pane
The 10 word Poem experiment.
I fell in love with you in fractions,
At first it was simply with your shy awkwardness,
The way our silences were never filled,
And that was absolutely ok.
And then it was with your face,
The stubble on your chin,
The way your eyes crinkle slightly at the corners,
And how you look me in the eye when we talk.
That was followed by the way you held me,
Our bare chests pressed against each other,
Your hands softly caressing my back,
And how you would whisper the sweetest things,
Into my left ear.
And finally I fell in love with the way you didn't love me,
And I was so painfully filled with love for you,
That every fiber of my being begs for you to feel it,
Too.
