Come into the light baby
                                  Radiate your inner beauty.
Flaunt your world in mine.
                                  Roam the unseen sea's among my presense.
                                  Lather me with sweet kisses upon my neck.
                                  Wrap your desire within my vision

I pulled the curtains aside.
Laser sunset.
Clouds crimson through
Orange peel lit mists.  

Some city-in-the-clouds-
Sci-fi-scenery. Phiew.
Then, my focus shifted
To the crown of the much closer

Cherry tree;
Insects swirling in dance.
One score of Tinkerbells dancing
With one miniscule Peter Pan each.

One loving one
Loving another.
I smiled into the detailed sunset.
I smiled at the whirlwind

Of insects.
I smiled out of
My own everyday
Window.

How silly is the
Poet... Feasting from eyes
To heart. Tears, trembling hands
And all. At "nothing."

I can shine light on you,
I can laugh,
I can share my thoughts with you,
I can keep secrets,
I can hide all of you in me.

I have weaknesses,
I have problems,
I have feelings,
I have my doubts,
I have all of you in me.

Till the day you left,
Without a single word,
I can now cry a river,
I have questions now.

Why was it her over me?
Why did you leave?
Why did you break me?
Why did you shatter me?

I need answers.

Because I just can't seem to find you in me now.

In between languages
I struggle to find those words, like a nervous tick
Flick of my pink tongue
To speak in your presence
Accents will do me no good
If my mind races faster than my heart and
My heart races faster than my hand
When my lips part
Vomiting swarms of insects, my throat burns into disappearing smoke
I'm a quiet daffodil being fed by
The mighty sun.
