Like a clay ***, this heart
Cracks from within and out
Bruises, scars just a part
Muted, yet it shouts

Don't break me, I beg to thee
My scars are still healing
I bare no harm, you see
It's just another feeling

Look deep into my eyes
You can't read, can you?
Words have drowned in tears
I see you got someone new

What I shouldn't expect, is expect
Expectations lead to heartbreaks
This has always been a fact
Ending with lots of aches

So.........

Cracks will seal, scars will heal
No more cry, tears will dry
Smile will peek, dimple on cheeks
Feel the blast, forget the past

Stand in rain, drain your pain
Thank your feelings, that made you change
Be an insane yet a sane
Life is wholesome not as strange...

September winds
Have turned lukewarm
Yet a pale sun
Still manages to evince
A crimson warmth
Somehow
September nights
Although kissed by
The cracked lips
Of a cloudy mist
Still manages to
wipe itself
With the distant glow
Of a few scattered
sidereal bodies above
The colors of
spring and summer
Have doubtlessly faded
Into a dark oblivion
And the residual beauty
Of autumn
Is marked by long sunsets
Bleeding into the horizon
Yet the pearly dews
Speckled upon
Radiant sunlit petals
Hasn't turned
Into lumps of frost
Even though the
Frigid breaths of winter
Touches their bare skin
As I open my sleepy eyes
Which makes me
Smile and simply believe
That if not all
Mostly everything
will be
Allright
Somehow

On this lovely September morn
It's time for congratulations
Into this world a child is born
Lets raise a glass in celebration.

He starts his world with lulabbys
Parents are there with a guiding hand
To help to see that he gets by
Untill on his own he can make a stand.

But that is many years away
No need to think so far ahead
All that matters is this lovely day
As mother is resting in her bed.

But tomorrow will be another day
With his first steps on life's road
A world that that will be full of play
The future no one knows.

So let's take in this special time
Where all the family gather round
Mother and newborn are doing fine
She smiles when hearing his very first sound.
My wife's wife best friends daughter in law gave
Birth to a baby boy September 20th .she asked me to write a poem
So I wrote this poem .I hope you like it.
