The fools' contempt is what we need
When everyday is all filth and greed
And while the heavens sing from above
The hurting children cry out for love
We open our filthy palms
Just to escape this terrible fate
Of lies, and thieves, and worthless things
And only words of hate
The gay men, the starving children, and the drug addicts are bombed
Satanists and alcoholism
The freedoms we had
Now prejudiced and gone
Suicides are left and right
As the animals start singing
The Moon weeps for her children
As the Sun is merely sleeping
Where did they go?
What is wrong
It is time to escape this fate
That we have invoked all along
And as the blood in our veins feels like it's about to burn
The end of the day
And the tears we cry
Is all a lesson learned
Now cry for the last lullaby
All hope is gone
From the voices in our heads
And now we die!
Side by side and hand in hand
On the battlefield
Where our bodies are merely one grain of sand.
We cause pain to our dying brothers
And become ourselves, merely traitors.
The poem, if you do not understand, is pretty much saying, everyday we **** one another and take away all of the precious freedom we have.

The battle on alcoholism and drugs
Civil Wars
Prejudice against religion
Anti-gay rights.

Why do we have to fight over such trivial things. Just let all humans be equal and live as they please.
It's in his shadow we plead
Under his wrath we bleed
His destruction leaks hate into the weak
Leaving the unsubstantial reaping his critique
His actions scorned through years of neglect
It's in his perception only, that we become wrecked
Why do we follow knowing wrong from right
Pushing those we love away from the light
His power is without doubt equal to the greats
Although derived from stray minded it opens the gates
The gates into the souls of those who are tattered
Turning old memories to ones now shattered
Although through it all, we have nothing to fear
For he is nothing more than a broken mirror
It just takes practice to realize his weakness
All his power is nothing to the strong but bleakness
It's in his own prison he will rot
Although it's up to us to become the Juggernaut

I'm wishing on every shooting star
Counting seconds waiting for 1:11
Hoping nobody catches you
Before I can get to you
I'm running past vehicles
Bystanders pacing back and forth
Realizing its an angel falling from grace
This is my Fairytale
Telling you I love you
Knowing **** well I'd hate to love another
Yet this is your nightmare
Someone you barely know
Saving you from a destined fate
Whispering he loves you through text messages
You fear the happiness
Reject the obvious
Refuse my voice an echo
Maybe I'm looking at this all wrong
**** happens
You have a life
Why do I feel obligated to put myself first
In the long list of things that need your attention
I apologize
My ****** prison barred heart
Had never had an opportunity quite like this
The chance of parole
The key setting me free
It's the excitement
That maybe I finally found my peace
My center in a fluctuating gravity
My nirvana in a world captivated in hell
Maybe this is becoming both of our nightmares
Fairytale flies out the window
Every time I say I love you
Maybe I'll say it like this
You. Are. Indeed. Everything. I. Dreamed. About.
The reason to walk away from car wrecks
Slightly bleeding completely beaten
And I'll do it a thousand more times
Just to be able to say I survived for you
My minds reeling. But oh well life's a poem waiting to be written just need the ink to start and the audience to finish it
You begin your day as if its a ritual
Start with a perfect high
Stringing yourself like a puppet on ****
Go to work at 4 in the morning
You say you feel like she's not attracted to you
You're my brother
The man I've looked up to for the longest
Tattoos and piercings
Killer style I wish I had
Walk into rooms and already the party starts
You taught me the basics of life
You call yourself a man
Yet what happens when you get home
She's mad because you're talking to other girls
Fight breaks out because you feel your in the right
Holes start punching themselves in the walls
Just from the loudness of your voice
Doors ripped off the hinges
Bite marks and bruises
Plaster her harm and legs
Baseball bats raised as threats
I wish you knew how much I hate it
When you call yourself a man
When you're acting like a *****
Raising your hand to her
You called me and said blood was thicker than water
Yet every time you get violent
Your blood is thinner than the water I drink
Tylenol 8 at a time
Ibuprofen 3 by 3
**** one dose at a time
Just enough to make you sensible to the fact
You're losing your family
You call yourself a man
Yet look at yourself
I just wish I could pick you up
Pull you out from the abyss you crawled in
By our motto has always been
You get yourself in you pull yourself out
No help needed
No hands outstretched
Even if they are we high 5 them and say I got this
You taught me this
You taught me Ollie's and kick flips
You taught me how to fix bikes
Ramp them till the chain popped
Yet now looking ahead
I known I'm more of a man than you
You told me to shave because I haven't earned it
Yet you my brother need to shave
Perhaps a wax would do
Just because we all know now
Your less than the man you claim to be
I know drug addiction is a disease. I just wish I could save my brother. The only guy cool enough to take me under his wing. I love you bro
I sit here
Slicing up my skin
Caring too much
While you just ignore every hint and cry for help I give
I tried to ask for the love I needed
But you just sat there and laughed
One day it will be too late for me to call
Or text
Or to see if you're alright
Because I will be gone
And I'll laugh as you cry miserably
As my spirit watches while having a tea party
But we both know that I could never laugh
At any of your pain and misery
Because I love you too much
To watch you suffer
I would want to make it all better
And because of this you'll keep ******* me dry
Of the love and attention I have to give
And I'll sit here miserably
Wishing that I never had to have lived
