you shine bright as the sun
you're as beautiful as the
stars in the night sky

you're more brilliant
than a shooting star
more rare than a comet

i'm red with anger
much like mars
over not being in the
same room as yours

your blue eyes
draw me in and
make me feel safe
and comfortable

much like uranus
and neptune
their beautiful pale blue
color matches your eyes

don't forget the kindhearted
yellow color of venus
named after the goddess
of love aphrodite

that planet can represent
my love for you
because you're my light
in the darkness

of all space
and to end this
know that if you leave
like pluto

i'll miss you dearly
so please stay
another lightyear
and be my moon

together we'll create harmony
within ourselves
and within each other
because we're all stars
Somewhere along the way
this person will lock itself
inside the bathroom
another will lay on the bed
and shiver from the damp pillow
another will sit in the darkness
of the car just by themselves
another will slip on sneakers and
simply open the door and leave
another will peer down from
the roof of a high building
another will have earbuds in
with music cranked high
all of them will be
enveloped in wells of
tears blood and pain
for they were the ones
society couldn't handle
or accept or forgive
for having been born
the way they were or
having been forever altered by
their surroundings and lives
if society is seeking someone
to blame then just
go peer at the mirror
and peel the grotesque
repulsive mask off the face
and society ends up losing
one part of the never ending
cause of pain.

Sometimes
truth is the best lie..

Sometimes
lie is the best truth..

But

there's always
a wispy line
between

truth and lie

called LIFE

which is

fervid
&
dainty

simultaneously..

A nightingale said
To a flower
Your beauty
Is the light
of the meadow...

As fall now spins its color wheel,
a’ changing of the leaves to share
Simple are these pleasures shown
now won’t you come and meet me there

To feel the breeze upon your skin
in wafting scents of mountain pine
So I may hold you close to me,
and know you’ll be forever mine

Perhaps we’ll share a tender kiss
while walking slowly in the sun
Admiring the season’s view
as nothing more could be such fun

Then spend the day in shaded bliss
beneath a pastel maple tree
Here in the park as autumn paints
a masterpiece for you and me
I'm too young to understand
I'm too old to turn back
It's too early to give up
Too late to stay on track
Too strong to ask for help
But too fragile to survive
I'm too alive to not feel pain
But too dead to feel inside
I'm too trapped to believe
And too free to escape
I'm too safe to make a change
Too lost to find my way
I'm too close to let it go
I'm too far to see the light
I'm too calm to have the drive
And too angry to say it right
I'm too busy to take it on
And too idle to take a break
I'm too broken to be loved
But too loved to lie awake

Some things are best kept hidden
Some thoughts are best forgotten

Some bridges are just meant to be burned
Some lessons are meant not to be learned

Some words are better off left unspoken
Some hearts are just meant to be broken

Some dreams are meant to come true
But it'll never be my *dreams of you

Someone
turned off the light
and let the darkness invade
then you came into my life
and the darkness went away
Just a little something I thought of

You say its pretty,
I see it as a symbol.
a symbol of hope. Freedom.
colors blend together, showing unity
the unity desired by many,
fought for by few.
we all want it.
we all chase it.
only to find out, it can never be reached.
no matter how far you drive,
how far you walk.
you will never reach
that *** of gold,
that sits patiently
at the end of every rainbow
