"envys" poems
if you told a baby bird
he couldn't fly
he'd walk around
and wonder why
left foot right foot
left foot right
a flightless bird
envys a kite
to let the world
determine fate
is wearing the nose ring
that bulls seem to hate

Sometimes I look up at the sky
I wonder if simultaneously you are too lucid dreams of levitating through these walls and coming back to you
Our souls dance in circles around the sun beating with the sound of our hearts in perfect unison
The moon envys our energy
Mars red from how we move in rings around Saturn
The way we melt into one you’d think we were made from mercury
But the God of Neptune exclaimed we’re fresh like the bay or sea my waves to your sand pulled you close to me
A Venus fly trap opening up for the fly Uranus stopped and stared and even dropped a tear before I returned to my bed a lightning bolt appeared must of been Jupiter the God of the sky ripping us away
It’s punishment for noise we made above where he stays.

There is not a day I don't hear your words, taste the essence of your soul. Watch your heart pump ink through through your mind and paint pictures on your skin. Not a day passes by when god envys the artist under his sky. How they simplify the storms and count colors in the sand. You speak in rhymes and riddles true, music flows beneath you. And not a day passes by when I don't think "your so lovely I could die."

everybody left me for dead,
well,
instead you filled my head up with sand,
oh well,
markers and crayons,
by the bible that i keep,
never tending to care,
like the shirt say,
loading all my progress there,
i feel so lazy today,
well,
i dont care,
why you gotta stare,
envys,
fakes,
haters,
make you wanna jump down a flight of stairs,
crazy as i come ,
crazy as i go,
i could be as crazy as i wanna be,
but im im gonna be a nice guy,
and go with the flow,
oh well.

I wish I could say that I fall in love beautifully...
That I drift and soar with the wings of the birds on my heart.
That the air envys my weightless mind.
But I don't. I fall from the highest height into the deepest places of you and I
crash
Into love.

the sun envys the moon and stars
he wishes he could have something like they do
but he cant
the moon and stars have this bond
one thats not like the others
its like they were drawn together
and they cant move away
the stars was scared
but the moon promises to keep her safe
to protect her for all of eternity
the sun was jealous of this
he wants someone to look out for him
the way the moon does for the stars
nothing can touch the sun though
they would simply burn.
