Flicker

Flick of a match,
A burning wick.
Flicker And it flickers,
A hot flame.
A fire of comfort,
Enlighten the dark.
Alas to burn down,
Last trickle of its wax.

What once was burning,
Now vanished.
Disposed,
And soon forgotten.
Just like us,
We stop flickering.

As fragile as a candle. This fleeting life. The people we know today may not be with us tomorrow.

Sun and Moon

As the sun
Start to set,
In dusk slowly
He grew faint,
Hoping to catch a glimpse,
of his other half.

As the moon rose,
Lighting up the night sky.
In darkness,
She always knew.
A part of her was hidden,
Away out of her reach.

Eclipse do they get to meet,
Would they recognized each other?

Lily of the valley,
Defined me by chance.
In irony,
I fell in love.
September you told me,
You felt the same.
We are together now,
The lily to my valley.
