The night two weeks ago was first.
One light flickered, 'twas third post.
Footsteps running from me, I stuttered.
As I turn my head, the dogs barked.

Again it happens two weeks after.
Same thing, third light post flickers.
All I hear is a cricket – louder, nearer.
Abruptly, tell the dogs to stay on guard.

Bravery and courage
Lingers
In her gaze

She is stronger
Than mountains to face
Than any tragedy that hits
Her heart is faint,
But she will survive this storm

You realize it when you
See her
Fiery eyes.

Inhale smoke,
exhale my memories,
laugh at a joke,
and forget about your enemies

Wake up sober,
freak about the future,
struggle through another day,
and start it all over.

I feel empty and love less
I feel tired and exhausted
this feeling of nothing
it’s so complicated
because despite there being nothing
there seems to be so much I can’t understand
so much I need to learn to control
so much I need to empty
but if there’s nothing
this feeling of nothing
then how can I fill this empty by emptying it?

If Women ruled the world
There would be
no war,
Agony,
despair (!)
death
Nor blood...
Only marxistic Ducks
Pulling their hear out
And fighting about
Small little dogs.
If life were in fact defined upon the choices we make, I would remember.

If it were my soul and my love for you at stake, I would remember.

If the darkness were to come and the light drew dim, I would remember.

If I were to stand face to face with death and survival looked slim, I would remember.

If you forget me and all that we have done, I want you to remember.
