and the best i could do
is stare from afar,
gaze at those obsidian eyes
and get lost inside it.

i want to push myself onto you
and spout a few words,
but my rusty tongue will never work
whenever i face a beauty like you

so i'll go back to staring at perfection
a beauty in its purest form
that it burns my very soul

i cut myself open
but in the process
closed myself from this world

each little slit
covers up these tears
courtesy of their foul words

it's just a joke they say
a "harmless" way to pass time
but have you considered my feelings?

to be the center of attraction
like a lion in a circus
the crowd roaring for your demise

and it's always the same
like a fool
they all care when it's too late

now hold my pen
because you will listen
as i wear this necklace made of rope

you will hear me whisper in your ear
every night your forsaken soul tries to sleep
in the deepest corners of your dreams i will hide

i will remind you
of the innocent soul you took
because you though it was fun

Hello

The wind whispers
As you walk past me
A different kind of pain
Surged through my whole being
A punch is tolerable
Unpleasant words would've been better
But the harrowing silence
Between two stars that were once part
Of a constellation
Is unbearable

Emotions protrude from us
A curious mix of love and anger
Swirls between our bodies
Have we forgotten
How beautiful of a storm we are
When we're together?

Not now

The wind once again whispers
For now this breeze will decide
The fate of two strangers
But before we sunder
Hear my whisper
I'll wait for an answer

How are you?

Her words hit me like crashing waves
And bit by bit
They take a piece of me into the sea
Leaving behind
A shell of my former self

i think we met
before
somewhere
with rainbows
over the
night sky
clouds
were moving
slowly
towards us
we took a bite
and escaped
the shallow
reality
but why
are these
memories
fading
like
a
candle
burning out
seeking
for
help

There was
A blank book
No trace of ink
Could be found on its surface
But there lies a story
Between its torn pages

There was a man
Walking down a busy street
And all the people he saw
Held a tiny star in their hands
Shining so brightly
They make up constellations
As they cross paths with each other
It made him think the sky
Has fallen into this city

He though it was great
Because happiness was evident in their faces
As they stare into their stars
Lost in their thoughts

But why does it feel wrong?
He asked himself
As he looked up to the sky
And saw the true stars he longed for
Observing him from miles away
In another galaxy, another world
Only then he realized
That these people miss out the true beauty
This place has to offer
