The tulip, your flower, has changed its form,
its upright stem no longer crowned with
perfect instances of hue.

Like fallen petals, randomness now
flutters in my heart, the sweet scent
of bloom still floating on the edges
of belief.

My memories of breath’s brief signature
break away and leave me in a world
of lost directions, each flower shaded
with the ghost of its inhabitant.

Each flower is a kind of heart
that can’t let go.  Other losses
translate into nuances of dream,
but you are still a shadow in the
moonlight, showing what’s no
longer there.

Remember
The first time you saw each other
The first time you spoke
The first time you hugged
The first time you laughed together.

Each happy moment
The laughter you shared
The joy that overflowed into happy tears
Rolling down your cheeks.

The adventures
And all the stories within your heart
Are now yours to share.

Your playfulness
And how you danced through life's challenges
Agreeing, disagreeing, finding solutins
Gems of wisdom
And the Silver lining amidst the clouds.

Feel and hear when it was good.
Allow all the unresolved pain
Embrace it with gratitude
See, listen, feel, taste, smell...

Your hearts responses
To the love between you.

Take comfort in bliss.
Remembering the sensations of peace.

Together
Spirit to Spirit
Mind to mind
Heart to Heart
Forever as One.

Embracing Love
Those comforting feelings
Healing your pain.
Forever together
In each other's hearts.

Your Heart Mind Remembers
This embrace.

Do you feel the Love?
Oh, Sweet Mercy!
The Peace.
Record and listen to during meditations.  It teaches now to use the love we felt for someone who has passed to help heal our longing, our grieving, our pain, and unresolved challenges in life. This process moves one from grieving to mourning, to sweet sorrow, a deeper understanding and on to obtain a measure of serenity and peace. This process helps open the door to much deeper Spirituality in life and love.

I sat and cried today
Cried like I did when I learnt you were never coming home again
My heart aches every single day
I still wait for your calls
For you to walk threw that door
I wish it was all just a bad dream
I'm haunted now
Visions of you laying there
Cold, pale and lifeless
everything happened so fast
I understand now how important family is
I'm doing my best to be a better person a kinder person
the type of person you were
I seen how many people you brought happiness and love to we now stand together to face the world without you were not sure how we'll do it but I know you would want us to go forward with love and compassion in our hearts.
It's been 3weeks... I wait everyday to see your face...it's killing me all I have left is pictures and memories

Every morning I wake up to your dawning melody tunes.
And every night I sleep listening to your soothing lullaby.

In the light, you became my shadow and eyed my every move.
And in the darkness, you became the light and guided me to the right path.

Your incessant rainfall always watered my parched heart.
And your balmy breeze always drained my teary eyes.

I never felt alone in my life as I was invariably surrounded by the warm atmosphere of your companionship.

Though you reached the stars, you never forgot your chores.
"My mom smiled at me. Her smile kind of hugged me." R.J. Palacio

"You count the hours you could have spent with your mother. It’s a lifetime in itself." Mitch Albom
