We all paint our lives.
The mountains of challenges,
The rivers of tears,
The waterfalls of joy.

We mix the colours of sorrow and laughter
And add the colours of experience and the years that passed.
The souls we will always remember
And the moments we will never forget.

Savior! I’ve no one else to tell—
And so I trouble thee.
I am the one forgot thee so—
Dost thou remember me?
Nor, for myself, I came so far—
That were the little load—
I brought thee the imperial Heart
I had not strength to hold—
The Heart I carried in my own—
Till mine too heavy grew—
Yet—strangest—heavier since it went—
Is it too large for you?

Shall we define
The depth of creativity
With labels such as
Poet, Writer, Artists
Dark and negative
Light and positive
Wisdom of the mighty
Babble of the mad

A thought is given meaning
By the words portrayed upon the page
Don't allow the imagination
To become a rusted cage
Locked into conformity
Let the love flow
Yet embrace the rage
Let your heart
Reflect upon the page.

REBOOT
Was just after four in the morning
and a full moon sails across the sky

So after falling asleep upon my bed
And not long after closing my eyes

I'm pulled to a distant faraway land
made of laughter and made of smiles

So I went to a fantastic fashion show
and sat amongst my butterfly friends

Music began to play serenely smooth
Musical note clouds floating in the sky

O'  a honeybee asks to dance with me
With me, and I couldn't help but sigh
When you're alone and tired
And your mind aches too much
To find hope or peace
Close your eyes and think of me
Feel my arms around you
Feel my warmth against you
For you know I'm always there

We will leave the pain behind us
And we'll gently fly so high
Through the soft and blue
Warmly cradling sky
Where every breath we take
Becomes a lover's sigh
Just close your eyes and feel it
For I'm here by your side

Inspired by the paintings of Marc Chagall
family and friends are like the stars
some times their bright
other times without light
sometimes you see them
and other times  you won't

but

like the stars during the day
you can't see them
yet their always there
