They say it's all in the past, how can it be in the past while I haven't past through that, how can it be in the past when I still remember it like it was few minutes ago.

They say in due time I will heal and all will be in the past, how can I heal when the wound has an infection,it keeps on opening whenever the thought of You comes to mind.

They say it belongs to the past, how can it belong to the past while I'm the one who keeps on going past through that whenever the thought of You comes to mind.

They say in due time I will forget what had happened and all will be in the past, how can I forget that, when the picture of You which is painted in my mind keeps on reminding me of You,yes you oh You.

This morning, I went into your home
And hung up all the cobwebs
That I had collected.
I dumped a bucket of dust
All over the floors and kicked it
Into the air, making it hard to breathe.
I smeared the mud from my shoes
All over your brand-new carpet, thinking,
"I've done this before, and I wonder
If he will still forgive me;"
That's when you came walking
Through the door with a broom in hand,
And open arms for this vandal.
Ego
baby you've got an ego
way too big
baby you've got an ego
no one can dig

over the years it's
weight did accrue
now's the time for a
look at its value

why not trim
your ego's mass
cause you know baby
it's so crass

do you hear what I'm saying
about being too smug
adopting the right tude
will be your debug

yeah baby
vain ain't hot
yeah baby
vain ain't hot
why don't you try
modesty's trot

baby you've got an ego
way too big
baby you've got an ego
**no one can dig
The winds of autumn shall soon blow
Verdant leaves that in summer show
Cascading, floating, golden-red
And make a copper- russet bed
Before 'tis white with quilted snow ...

The burnished rays of autumn's glow
Will implore Summer's heat to go
As falling leaves shall dance and shed
The winds of autumn...

And those sweet seeds that I shall sow
Tenderly- someday, bloom and grow
Where hopes of life so gently tread
As I, on earth, shall rest my head
All seasons of this life to know
The winds of autumn...
T-The gift of life is oft stolen away
H-Horrid weaponry does the affray
E-Endlessly casualties will parlay

G-Gleaming soldiers eyes gone for rest
I-In unforgiving battles so harsh of test
F-Fighting at a land's utmost behest
T-Terrible the deadly toll is to attest

O-Over and over munitions have terminated
F-Flagrantly thieving any quietude generated

L-Loved sons of kinfolk seen to weep
I-Infinite this sadness ever so deep
F-From a beautiful benefit the cost steep
E-Extinguished by war's insane keep
Whatever happened on that fateful night
We can speculate in the dimness of light
Was found the poet who went by the name of Poe
Wandering a Baltimore street of long ago

Mystery surrounds this most tragic event
No witnesses came forth with telling to vent
His mind state must of been in utter disarray
Why would he not know of the foul play

In dishevelled ragged clothes he was clad
An injustice on his person had been so sad
Elections were taking place on the date
His registered title forged another's slate

To a hospital he was sent for treatment
Though his weakened constitution never bent
The man of letters died a loner's death
His last words were of God's sure breath

Who wanted the author disposed of back then
We'll ever conjecture on the character's pen
