From a gamete to a corpse
this life that time warps,
a blink and it is ended
no more than intended.
In the course of eternity we a but a brief blip!

It's getting late
late hours and I still don't close my eyes
I still wait for the chat to die
it keeps coming, back and forth
It's morning five
the sleepless night
An hour for day to break
My eyes remain awake.

The first-ever satellite images of you

Stranded upon pain inflicted desolation

The process of coming to pieces:

Nocturnal carnivorous planetoid

Moon in your mouth

They hint at remarkably renewed unfriendliness

It’s the same face we all see

Precious and cracked

Your isolated body orbiting

In its bitter ******

Where no sunlight ripples through

The string dangling between your legs

All the children hidden underneath your navel

Have fled down to Earth

To live or die in documented nightmares of their own

I am just a nobody
to somebody
A nobody,
To almost everybody,
Anybody cares?

Wandering lost and addled
In a tangle of unseen wires and buttons,
Tripped up by all that I don’t know
And mocked by the little I do
I stumble into yesterday
To find the reason I’m alone
With everyone around me.

Why they all know the magic words
And I don’t know my A  B Cs.
How did I, in my younger days,
Not learn that I would need those codes.
Didn’t I know the world would turn
And leave me stumbling behind
As I just sat writing poetry.

The whole world is happening out in t.he ether and I'm stuck here on a swivel chair in front of a blue screen that hates me. Where did I go wrong?
