 Apr 2020 Splashes of Surreal
RK
Just like in my life,
struggling so hard and rough
Disheveled woman,
uncombed decisions were made
Frightful head filled messy hair

Sitting on my bed,
harking back my memories
Can’t go play outside,
just want to mend the crisis
Can’t play but pray for healing

People will thank God,
For new chapter of this trek,
We’re not born for bucks
We’ll go back to our labor
For a new own accretion
Where the winding path
diverges, and splits into two
where the wounds and
scars open up in blinding
black and iridescent blue

this is the space
where light
comes through
Over the cascading hills
I dreamed of Egyptian blue waves
crashing down through the
azure sky to part the sea
of our broken minds

When the wildflowers
dance violently amidst
the golden light,
I seek the road
in the dreary night

I ride the waves, and part
the sea
hoping it'll bring
universal love and ancient
truths closer to me
