Anger is like the headlights of an incoming truck. It's blinding, and you'll never realize you were on the wrong side of the road until the moment of impact.

Love.
Is a confusing thing.
The dictionary says its is a deep feeling.
But I think,
So is hate.
I think I love you.
I like your smile,
Your laugh,
Your presence,
And our little arguments.
But I could hate you.
Just like I hate
Your arrogance,
Your vile smirk,
And how you think you are above me.
Can we make this work?
Is this love or hate?
You tell me.

Living the teenage dream,
Although everything is not as it may seem.
I don't really want to be pedantic,
But let's make this a matter of semantics.

Come on, give this dog a bone,
Because nobody truly wants to be alone.
In the past, I always wanted to fit in,
No matter the cost, no matter the sin.

However, with this new beginning of mine,
I'm sure that I'll make it just fine.
