Sometimes you have to be lost
in order to find the answer
Sometimes, you have to be wrong
in order to know what's right
You're going to follow bad advice
You're going to make mistakes
You're going to deal with pain
and one day, you'll find that rain
can make rainbows
You just have to find your sunshine

I crave achievement, but my body aches from failure.
From constant wounds to my frail skin, courage is beyond reach.
It is elusive, distant, away from my ***** hands.

I want to fulfill my ambitions, but my mind wavers from success.
From procrastination and the dark holes of depression, my conquest of dreams is fruitless.
It is shameful, humiliating, disappointing to my household.

I wish to express boundless love to the world, but my small mindedness has failed to grow beyond ignorance.
From lack of effort and unapparent care, I am a disgrace to my well wishers.
It is sad, dismal, sorry to see such a being alive.
this forgetfulness has to stop
its eating at my brain
taking all of every day
they flutter away
it makes  me feel ashamed
to forget the simple things

Gut wrenching pain,
Excruciating and alive!
Let me drink your tears again,
I'll feed you more lies.
Go on my lovely cry some more,
Cry again, you sweet angel!
I am your *****,
I am your devil.
Feed me, my lovely,
Quench my thirst.
Because nothing is more heavenly,
Nothing can make this dead heart burst.
Come and cry oh so sweetly,
Cry for me, my lovely.
It is good to be back! Sorry for the long wait, college and life happened :)

a year of you

you were my january, new and fresh, waiting and eager

you were my february, lovely and red, short and sweet

you were my march, long and gruesome, grey and heavy

you were my april, clean and damp, lively and green

you were my may, blooming and new, wispy and pale

you were my june, loved and fiery, hazy and breezy

you were my july, red and blue, revered and bright

you were my august, muggy and sweaty, sticky and hot

you were my september, dreaded and anticipated, stressful and hectic

you were my november, chilly and windy, biting and thankful

you were my december, merry and cheery, pining and frigid

but most of all,

you were a year wasted.
fresh off the press.
