‘Unclothed, you are true, like one of your hands’**
XXVII From: ‘Cien sonetos de amor’

Unclothed, you are true, like one of your hands,
lissome, terrestrial, slight, complete, translucent,
with curves of moon, and paths of apple-wood:
Unclothed you are as slender as a **** ear of corn.

Undressed you are blue as Cuban nights,
with tendrils and stars in your hair,
undressed you are wide and amber,
like summer in its chapel of gold.

Naked you are tiny as one of your fingertips,
shaped, subtle, reddening till light is born,
and you leave for the subterranean worlds,

as if down a deep tunnel of clothes and chores:
your brightness quells itself, quenches itself, strips itself down
turning, again, to being a naked hand.
Whew!

You words make me feel
Like I am an ethereal being
Both above and below
Made of nothing and all.

They fill me
Cover me
Take hold of my soul
And take it to beautiful places
Where words are the air
And verses are the trees.
And these trees are more beautiful
Than anyone can imagine.

Your writing takes hold of me
Softly alters my world
And makes me believe again.
Dear future self
How are you?
Are you happy and healthy?
Do you love what you do?

Who did you marry,
if anyone at all?
How did you meet?
Who made the first call?

I hope that you haven't
lost all my friends.
And I hope you haven't
forgotten my plans.

Not plans of what to do
or where to live,
but how to be
and how to live.

I'm not too worried
about your career
or the money in your bank
But I hope your mind's clear.

I hope you still see
that who you have
is far more important
than what you have.

I hope you still see
that who you are
is far more important
than what you are.

I hope that you haven't
forgotten how to smile
and I hope you still see
that everyone is worthwhile.

I hope that your life
doesn't revolve around work
whether you're a counselor
or a grocery clerk.

I hope that your value
isn't in money from your job.
It should be placed in the things
that can't be stolen if robbed.

I hope that you're still
very good at realaxing
and I hope that your words
haven't turned into acting.

I hope you don't hurry
and rush through each day.
I hope your mind's colorful
and never just gray.

But most of all
I just hope that you
love how you're living
and love all that you do.
Humanity?
What is humanity?
Does it exists in only films or as well in reality?
Do you think that acting humanely is equal to ignominy?

Humanity is present in each and everyone of us..
Its a choice to be made just like hatred and trust..

Humanity is the only missing element..
a world like ours, god never meant..

Poor ones sleeping on the streets,
while rich ones under their royal bed sheets..

Poor ones dying gradually because of the lack of bread..
Rich ones dying slowly and painfully puffing their cigarettes..

What if you rich guy,
sacrifice your cigarette and give the poor ones some money to buy,
the things on which they rely..
..rely to live their daily lives..

It would be an opportunity for the poor ones to live for at least one more day..
and an occasion for you to stop smoking for a good cause..
hence offering to yourself more:
minutes,hours,days,months,years,..
..to live for..

Humanity is a choice to be made,
for,its not paid..
but certainly allows you to help the ones afraid..

The ones afraid of dying tomorrow,
leaving their children in sorrow..

afraid of not being able to live for one more day,
to try to offer to their children a better day than yesterday..

afraid of not being able to make of the lives of their children a brighter one..

Make of humanity a MUST!

Martin Luther King: "Make a career of humanity, commit yourself to the noble struggle for equal rights. You will make a greater person of yourself, a greater nation of your country, and a finer world to live in."
Humanity is lost..
lets find it again..
lets bring it back to life..
because the world will never be the one we dream of without humanity..

Keep it close, do not disclose,
That thought you had, don't let it be told.
Spiralling downwards, gaining momentum,
Familiar now, fermenting the unscented.
Just one step towards the darkest past,
Listen to what you once were told,
"Take two steps forward, one step back".
Letting fears unwind, twisting the truth,
A blanket of confidence unveiled,
Now that your no longer you.

An actor like me deserves an award,
For the scars and the hurt i never expose,
But the mystery of passion hits a chord,
And strikes the danger of the tenderest nerve,
No less than i deserve.

Have a look at the parade of clowns
Copycats
Copying emptiness
Copying lazy sentiments
Copying spiteful opinions
Tantrum after tantrum
Rant after rant
Idiot after idiot
This is what the world has become
Mainstream muckiness
Dreams of something special
Broken by modern day mentality
Minimal input, maximal output
All aboard the hype train
All behind the laptop
Digital drama democratized
As avant-garde lags behind

The army of halfwits
Celebrating
Celebrating uniqueness
Celebrating false individualism
Celebrating blissful ignorance
Lie after lie
Mask after mask
Actor after actor
This is it
The world’s a stage
The play is badly cast
The words are meaningless
Uttered in vanity
All brain, no heart
All play, no work
All for nothing

But with the clowns to the left of me
And the halfwits to the right
I’m taking a stance against it
Against the copying
The celebration of nothingness
The false individuality
I  won’t utter my words
I won’t play my part
I will embrace the heart
I will take of my mask
And let everyone know
I won’t settle for this
I will come, see and conquer
And then lose it all
But I’ll pick sincere decline
Over false stagnation any day
there was  little mouse an actor mouse was he
he long to go to hollywood for an actor star to be
he took a screening test  to see if he could get  the part
to get in to the film this would be a start
the director saw his acting  and gave the mouse a chance
the movie was a musical and he would have to dance
the mouse he said his lines  and gave it all his heart
the director was impressed now he had the leading part
the film it was a hit and had a packed full house
they came from miles just to see the little mouse
now he was a star of the silver screen
the greatest little actor the world has ever seen.
