You smell
Like baby's breath and
Cigarettes

//

I need you to know that I am not well read

//

It's not like that,
No it's not like that

August
He gave me dead flowers
So I can smell them every day
The rotten petals falling
The color of decay

The washed out sunflower
The dehydrated leaves
The mold on the water
The color of debris

The richly red rose
Now drooping to the floor
The color of love
Existed no more

But still I saved the flowers
And smelled them every day
And watered them with tears
To let them grow again.
i have a wall of the things you said,
it sits and it rots above my bed,
and it sits and it waits and it turns to dust,
'cause you said it was love when it was only lust.

Asante'
I have faith
that one day
I will no longer be
plagued
by the thought
of you.
"being color blind and constantly told how colorful the world is."
Love is the feeling of looking into a set of eyes and never wanting to look away

Wanderer
Is it the words whispered
in secret corridors
i love you

are they proclaimed boldly
from roof tops
I LOVE YOU

Or maybe love
sounds like laughter
giggles shared only between two

what if love has no noise
its beauty is similar to a sunset
seen and felt
but never heard
I can't even deny that you're the reason I cry.
I can't even lie you're the reason I lay awake at night.
I can't even fight the sight of you laying there without life.
I want my body to merge with yours.
Like a hot mess,
with our wax candle hearts
boiling over, coated in flame,
gasping for oxygen to keep burning,
I want to melt into you.
God, I love him so much. !!!! I showed him the poem and he replied "I want to melt into you too" <3 <3 <3
