There is more beauty in the steam
coming out of my coffee machine
Than there is in a Monet
At least with my lonely eyes
it seems that way
When the sink drips its drops
To me it is art
Maybe cause my world
Is falling apart
I tend to find beauty in odd things

Subject: Questions

Dear You,

You surely know
That you are not
Unique...
Do you?

You always act
As if you were
Alone...
Are you?

How many times
You thought you’re right,
And weren’t?
You learned?

Why do you think
That time will change
You while
You don’t?

How many years
You think you've got?
Much left?

Then why you act
As if life will
Go on,
Forever?

Best,
Me.
P.S: They say, we can’t foresee the future until we shape it with our own hands...I say, relatively speaking, we can always foresee it. If we work ******* shaping it, then we know how it will look like. And if we don't, then we know that it will look like our current reality, since we are who we are, unless we change.

Pious old man
Reading the Quran
Always watching skies
For non existing storms

His daughter, my aunt
Silent like a pond
Longing for her child
Sitting next to her

Her husband, a martyr
Captured in a frame
But surely his soul
Floats somewhere around

Their daughter, a mum
Peaceful like a dove
A physician in love
With some plants and seeds

Her daughter, a child
Curly nasty hair
Annoying as hell
Innocent as dawn

Her son, a school boy
Hungry like a crowd
Surrounded by books
Distracted by clouds

And me.

Why do we always get high
When we're feeling low?

Sometimes it's difficult, isn't it? To let go of the perfect illusion.
To stop believing that something so perfect isn't real.
I can't seem to let go even though the story is over.
I always knew the fantasy would end one day,
I just didn't know the ending would be this bittersweet.
Out of all the stories, yours is the one I'd revisit again and again,
Just for another taste of the life I wish I'd had.
