I want to breathe the smile back on your face
I want my skin to be the cover for your scars
I want my hands to be the help to lift you up
I want my legs to pick up your feet and run
I want my shadow to protect you from the harsh light
Your blood runs through me...I live because of you
~~
All had been removed
one by one
Take all!
But do not take away this little light
Open the window
Let the wind come

I will not protest any day
will not say against you
Even when I got empty I do not want to
Those yellow crops,
Fertile barren fields
all yours

Do not want to
Never ask you for anything expensive

But in return
I want to see those yellow marigolds,
The silver moonlit of the lonely moon
And a newly bloomed red rose,
The aroma of gardenia in the air
For my awaiting beloved,
So Let the wind come

I'll give you more!
The Hidden gold pitcher of my grandma,
The Saved Silver coin of my ancestor,
Gold, precious locket,
Antics-
The Diamond Crown
– All -

But want to return
My beloved's smile which has taken from
The golden shining day where I had left her
The very Sweet Southern wind where my Spring plays
My lost grasshopper

Lost love Song
My mother's simple smile,
The paper boats of my springtime,
My grandma's fairytale
And a piece of open sky where I take a little breath

Where my kites of dreams fly
Dances with Seven colors of love

There is a voice at the bottom of the stairs.
It's a male voice.
I don't care.
There are no males here at the moment.
No-one I need to fear anyway.
My son lives here, but he's at work.
Just a couple of deep throated groans.
Where do they come from?
Keep hearing these moans.
I don't mind if he stays.
I moan more than he does, because I can.
My noisy invisible partner, only a man.

Life belongs to Monday morning.
Still, I'm haunted by Sunday teatime.
Scones in the parlour at the back of the house.
With mamma and poppa and sweet baby Jayne.
Toasted crumpets together, and drank hot cups of tea.
The crumpets were toasted upon a huge open fire.
Jayne had been sleeping in the cot by the door.
Too young to eat crumpets and scones, she's not allowed tea.
The baby still sleeping remains in the parlour.
It's warmer in there.
And so to the drawing room with round rosewood table.
Nature of the cloth thereupon changed.
It's marked with the symbols of a, b and c.
A painted on canvass that ends with a zee.
It's crimson, edged with gold.
In the centre a YES and a NO.
Centrally placed a wine glass.
Knock knock on the door.
Now there are five.
Tonight the table may come alive.
They're hoping.
A standard lamp, rather dated stood in the corner.
Had a scarlet shade with golden tassels.
They sit round the table.
It's just what they did.
Fingers on glass.
They're calling out.
"Is anybody there?"
The room becomes chilled.
Atmosphere stifling.
Glass moves around the circle.
A...R...I....E.....L.....spellbinding.
'Twas the spirit of the dark poet,Plath.
Darkness from sorrow, no more tomorrow.
Another spirit in attendance.
Takes Sylvia by the hand.
Into the light, escorted by guide.
Goodbye sorrowed poet.
Walked into the light.
Goodnight.
Sleep tight.

At the Waters Edge
As the tide laps onto the shore
So shall it flow.
Eternally.

Wanting you more.
We stand on the beach watching gulls swoop.
Sadly,only  images in our minds.
Scraps of the past,
captured by gulls.
Tossed on white horses,
They go with the flow.

As do you and I.
Bouncing on currents of warm salty air.
Smell the seashore.
Taste it.
Taste it ,
as we taste love.
Feel it, as we  hold each other close in mind.

We could be oar less rowing boats.
Drifting aimlessly on rushing ripples.
Like the weather, they change course.
Lifted and falling ever of course.

Vanilla ice cream.
Strawberry  syrup.
Dripping from cornets.
To learn of your likes.
You may not like ice cream.
Nor strawberry sauce.
As we grow together for sure.
We'll discover more.

I yearn to hold you.

To survey the stars in the sky,

two of us as one.
Want no more,
To stroll alone on the shore.
I have a hand that needs holding.

Held empty too long.

Paddle in beach shoes.

To feel the swell water.
Warmed by the sun.
It's  waiting for you.

Time nor tide will stop and wait
But always I shall wait,
always for you.

To  watch sunsets  and rises.

Morning surprises.
Coffee and croissants.

Straw hats and boaters.

I'd climb to the cliff tops to hold you again.
You my darling.

I know you feel the same.
You feel the same.
I know that you do.
Distance before us.
If only you knew.

Drifting out to sea.

Then home again.
Safe in my arms.
One day my darling.
You and I will be us.

There will a musical version of this as spoken word.
I will post it on facebook, soundcloud and twitter as soon as it's done.

You see a fire burning over there
You see a good time
You hear their singing
And you here their laughter

Unfortunately, you're stuck
Between your own home
And the vast lake;
The one covered in ice

You run down to the shore
And put a foot on it
To see if the ice
Will hold you

Before seeing enough
You put both feet on
And start running across
When suddenly -

You hear a small crack
You know it's goodbye
You see them still singing a jovial tune
And you know you won't again
A weird dark poem I wrote at 5 in the morning.....
You are you.
You want to overcome.
It gets you down.
You're not enough.
You want it all.
It lifts you up.

Everyone gets exactly what they want.

You stop trying.
All others are thrown overboard.
You learn to steer the ship yourself.
The man on the radio tells you how to get to shore.
You steer away from shore.
You are going to sea.

Out on the sea, you'll be forgiven.

You are alone now,
Except your ship has a name:
Glory Stomper.
And the stars are coming out.
And the moon is a crescent.
And those dolphins jump by to see how you're doing.

The world of beauty loves you, needs you.

You stand tall now.
Head back towards shore.
The dolphins escort you.
Turn the Doors on your stereo.
"Wishful, Sinful, water covers everything in blue..."
Somehow you always know what to do.

You cannot fail, you've simply transcended.

Long ago, at that.

You know how bad this hurts me, Mom?
To know, you could be there?
But now that you have your drug of choice,
You could be anywhere.
I'll love you through anything, anyone, alright?
The only thing I hate you for
Is risking your precious life.

I began to look into
The Looking Glass
Hoping to see myself

But what I saw
Was myself from the inside out

Instead of skin
I was a canvas covered in poetry
My eyes were kaleidoscopes
Of color
Showing all the shades of the earth
My heart was pink
Full of
3D Dimensions of love*
