Caring should not take a resolution. Giving of yourself should not be a guilty pledge, it should be the way we live. We should not wait one hour to help out our fellow human, we should do it now. It should not take a new year for each of us to see how we can help someone out.
What is lost and what is found,
In the ending year around?

Tried hard and could drop a pound,
But the efforts gave a health sound.

Lost a few so called friends,
In this way karmic debt ends...

Lost my way towards depression,
And headed for an old passion.

Good or bad, are the divine grace,
Got the strength to accept what i face.

Made some new awesome friends,
This is how the life now trends.

Gained enormous emotional strength,
And in the poetry, the desired depth.

Thankful to God for all the lessons!
Grateful for the countless blessings!

To accept the life as it comes,
No more new year resolutions!

Here's to being a director to ones life,
orchestrating with thoughts.

To being the sound crew
listening to heartbeat with grace.

To being producer using breath
like strands of gold.

Here's to life
with detirmination to make it right.
And a grand movie unfolds
filled with endless possibilities.

To forget what sand had stirred
in the dark of night.

To empty the dregs left stagnant
of yesterday’s wine.

To see as though through lenses
brand new.

To discard the tethers that had
bound us tight, skin to spine.

she held the greatest capacity for love
he had ever seen,
for her heart had been shattered
more times than she could count.

she told him to stay away,
for she feared the love of another man.
though that didn't stop
the evident spark between the two.

she finally jumped
into the arms of love,
and forever they will
dance in the dark
to the sound of slow jazz.

pulling their bodies apart,
and their hearts together once more.
