Dangerous Thoughts
Mae Oct 2020
Staring on my wrist
Should I cut it piece by piece
To make my pain release
By the anxiety I can't ease

I have tons of problem to face
But I have no guts to make it fade
Maybe the answer is this lace
Because these are useless, the blade

You were my happy pill
And because of you, I'm starting to feel ill
Maybe this artificial happiness will do
Makes me forget all of you

Will this things makes me feel alive?
And save me from my nonliving life
Is this the right answer
'Cause I'm a dying flower

But He light me up
Showed the way to make it stop
He released me from this shelf
And now I can start my life with my real self.

Just beside you but still can not reach you
I am here yet you are there waiting for someone else
You make me happy with every little things you do
My feelings is well hidden, perfectly crammed in a case

Thank you for your existence,
my will to continue the mortal path.
I guess this is acceptance
I truly am happy with these things that i have

Unknown Species
Mae Jun 2020
Who would pick a daisy
In a garden full of roses
Living differently isn't easy
Their shelter is different from their houses

Living in one community
But different types of physiognomy
Living in one world
But different types of bird

Some of them prefer not to reveal
But most of them are evil.
This is a poem is almost like a riddle. I remember posting this on a different platform and almost all of my friends and readers were asking me what the answer is. XD

Asymptotic Love
Mae Jun 2020
Staring at you from a mile
Makes my heartbeat stop for a while
'Cause everytime I see you smile
Imagining myself, walking down the aisle

You are the sun, I'm your flower
I'm the gun, you are the hunter
I guess we're meant to be together
But that 'guess' will always be a 'wish' forever

I know we can never be a lover,
'Cause you're the book's main character.
I do love to read books and imagine I'm with the character a love.

Demons
Mae May 2020
Every night I hear a whisper
It is not too hard to decipher
And everytime I hear it, I suffer

My head is twirling
My hands are shaking

It is no horror
Yet here I am, trembling in terror

Then I look in the mirror— I see
The girl whispering behind me
"Slice your neck and be free from this rotten society."

Poetry
Mae May 2020
It is my wonderland
When my faith and hope slowly turning into sand

It is my door
Which can only seen by me
Because everyone and I ain't on the same floor
So I gotta need an escape from here

Its my home
And I know I can call it my own

It is also my life
This makes me fight;
The pain that is breaking me inside

Nature's voice
Mae May 2020
Close your eyes
Feel the presence of the dancing trees
Smell the mist of the beautiful green grass
At once—feel your own bliss

Thus you'll know—
How beautiful the world is

Open your eyes;
My dear, speak to the skies
And let the mosquito fly
Who's trying to live their life in amity

Thus you'll see the archenemy
Tis us, the society
This was an old poem of mine. I just thought, why not upload it here, right?

Utopia
Mae May 2020
Fluttering breeze—wonderful sound of dancing trees
Peaceful mind—peaceful life
This is society with no crime
This is the perfect life—she mourned

They love the way it is;
But they're sharks— while I, a fish
In this city on the sea
Is the most perfect society you'll ever see

Adventure she wants is not allowed
'Cause you'll need to follow—follow the crowd
What they'll do—you'll do
What they'll say—you need to obey

In this society I resigned
And live my own way—contract I signed
Perfect society you wished
Is the society they bewitched
i really dont know what to write in this note so i'll write this instead :3 hi!
