Its taste is sour and bitter
It makes your gums bleed

Rejection is always by your side
But never is a friend
But never is a lover

Rejection chases away sobriety
Looking to stop the pain
Looking to fill the void

Rejection pushes trust out of your life
Whispers that she's all you'll need
& makes you go deaf to the world

The drowned keep
The bones below
Who they once were
I do not know
But I pray the seas
Do not recede
To reveal those bones
And their dark deeds

Do you still believe your lies
The story you told
Is ages old
So, if truth be told

As getting to the up top

You had better pay up or shut up
Don’t even think for a split second
That that’s my mantra
Said the pieman to the cow
You’re such a monkey mind
With your mixed-up metaphors
And sky-blue pedicures
Did you hear me when I said
Shut up monkey
Reference never mind
Do you ever mind that I so
Casually include you in every line
If you didn’t make an appearance so sweet
No poem would ever be complete.

All the self-proclaimed gurus of love and light

Nothing wrong with love and light
Said girl interrupted
I know, I know

The shadow side
Because every good story needs a protagonist.

Me guru
Me thinks
Me right
Yeah well that’s right
Those downloads came straight from heaven
Yep from heaven to earth
They flew
Straight into their guru lap
Excuse me, laptop
Because that’s where they stored
Space permitting
All their wayward followers
like a ladder submitting

Hey everyone,
This is not a poem. It has been a while since I uploaded anything
I haven't had much time for writing new material, I've literally been focusing so much on my youtube channel and just living life.
Last year Hellopoetry was a big part of my life.
All the kind comments and just you guys appreciating my work.
That meant the whole world to me.
I don't know when it is I will upload another poem or lyric
All my focus is on other creative artistry, that I have always wanted to do. But it's only because of you guys and this site that I found that new belief in myself, to go and try again.
There is still a long way to go in my journey.
And this is not goodbye
This is just, see you all soon.
Hopefully, I'll find some sparks and write some new material in the near future but until then.
I love and appreciate all of Y'all that have taken the time to, like, comment, repost and read my poems/lyrics.

Him: "Well, because we have more items ***",
Me:  "yeah but, that queue is shorter",
Him:  "Yes, that's because they have less items, see?",
Me: "I'm gonna jump into this queue" ( changes to the short queue),
Him:  " No don't do th.....", aw crap!!",
Till operator:"Sorry ma'am, you have too many items, you need to join the other queue",
me and him: go alllllll the way to the back, of the long queue......
